Everyone so friendly and helpful, doctor Brian Kim has been my doggies doctor for over 10 years

I was very impressed with my first visit here. This was especially important as I have had some negative experiences at other clinics recently.

Every service is very expensive. Those pay doctors are not very professional. And at the reception lady, she's not filing the records properly she asked me to pay for previous service again. Weird.

This place is a hungry money Vet. They give you a huge smile only to take advantage of your sick loving pet. Thanks Dr Kim for ripping me off after 10 years coming to you.

Great service at a reasonable price, I was quoted $2,500 from Chino Hills pet hospital to have a mass surgically removed then I decided to take my dog to TLC and they performed the mass removal surgery for $1,100. Dr. Kim was very detailed in explaining the procedure and his staff is very nice and pleasant.

My pets have been coming to TLC since 2004. They treat your pets like their own. I love all the employees there. Amazing and loving.

All the staff members were kind and professional, and their genuine care for animals was evident. I had a great experience.

After a disastrous appointment with Pets N Vet (don’t ever got there people there don’t care about you nor your pets) which made me waited over 90 mins in the lobby I just left and made online appointment with TLC. Got responded with texts and email from a live person within 10 mins confirming my appointment.

Brought my pet in just today for my appointment, got greeted by the courteous staff, all the check in was efficient and on point, got brought in to the check up room within minutes and I was out of the clinic within 40 mins for my dogs annual shots, wellness checkup and spoke with the vet doctor all inclusive.

This is the type of service I expected, ALL the staffs are super friendly and show care for your pets unlike Pets N Vets couple street down none of the worker showed any empathy for you or your dog from my poor experience with them.

I would give TLC 10 stars if I can.

Dr Kim and his staff are amazing! They have a true heart for animals, are caring and kind. Dr Kim has been our family Vet for many, many years now. He has been able to diagnose my cats problems right away without thousands of dollars worth of tests and X-rays. Our family trusts him and his staff…can’t say enough about them…God bless them!

I LOVE TLC their staff is very friendly and very caring. You can go In with your dog and don’t have to wait in the parking lot. They don’t try and sell you things you don’t need.

Being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I was so disappointed in the service I received today. Unfortunately, I had to put my best friend, Reggie, down because he was sick and you refused service by Dr. Nawar. I understand that you were probably busy, and Dr. Kim was on vacation, but you, Dr. Nawar could have given me the courtesy to talk to me for 30 seconds to let me know why you could not help my baby. Unfortunately, I had to take him somewhere else, 30 minutes away, and he was put to sleep because of his condition but I would have rather heard that news from you, a hospital that I have depended on for over 10 years! It was so impersonal and I was so disappointed in the service that I received from your hospital today, in my time of need. I HEARD YOU! What made it worse, was the way I heard that doctor, coldly, talking to his technicians and employees in such a rude manner, without even trying to talk to me to let me know why he refused service. All I would have appreciated in over 10 years of service would have been 30 seconds to a minute to put me at ease in my time of need. I would have rather heard this news from a place that I have grown to love and trust. I understand there wasn't a lot that could have been done for him but sending us to a hospital 30 minutes away without the slightest bit of explanation or compassion is unacceptable. I hope people see this and realize how impersonal some doctors like Dr. Nawar can be because I really feel that you could have done a better job in dealing with your patients. He was our family member for 13 years and he was your patient for 10 of those years. I can't believe how I was treated today. Thank you for the technicians and employees who were very sympathetic to our needs all these years. Sorry if I was a little short and rude today but I was scared for his life and had to get him out of there and get help as soon as possible but couldn't believe how rudely I was treated by the doctor on call. I don't write reviews like this but this was totally unacceptable. If you can't give your loyal customers 30 seconds of your time, I would ask what are we really worth? Long Live Reginald Meowington III. The best freaking cat that Chino Hills has ever known. You have brought so much love, joy, and laughter to a family that has truly loved and appreciated every minute of your life. You were loved every day of your life, little buddy. We love you, Reggie Rodriguez.

Dr. Joseph and the staff at TLC took very good care of our cat. He is well on the way to recovery. We are very thankful.

The team here at TLC are always so caring and patient with their fur patients. I have had a couple of emergencies and they alway been able to accommodate us at a last minute notice. Thank you TLC!

From Mojo, to Mochi, to Muimui (I think I have a M obsession) TLC animal clinic has been there for us! Both doctors are gentle and have great bedside manners. But it’s really the team in the front that makes all the difference! It is easy to make an appointment, the girls are SO friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love their jobs. (And our fur-babies!) Thank you TLC Animal Hospital for taking care of us!

I was recommended by a friend years ago and the people at TLC Animal Clinic really do take good care of my pet

I have a 2 year old groodle and a 1 year old chihuahua. I am 69 years old. My dogs that have passed away, i didn't take them to a vet because it always seemed costly and the vets seemed to not understand my dogs. I finally found a place at TLC where the people understand my dogs and I feel very confident to take them there. I am happy for my dogs and myself that I have a healthy road for my puppies.

First time I brought my dog in for diarrhea to TLC Animal Clinic. The staff was amazing and friendly.
