Such personal accommodating friendly service! I had a dry cleaning emergency that could not wait as I was going to be traveling internationally the next day and the owner was so kind and helpful! He was 20 minutes away from closing but turned the machine back on just for me so my dress could be ready in time! I wasn't even a long time customer this was only my second time coming here! I felt so cared for and received a level of personal service that I would only expect from a family member or in a small town. I will definitely be coming back here and recommend that anyone come here - the location next to Longevity coffee. You won't be disappointed and I believe that supporting local family owned businesses comes full circle. It certainly did in my case with TLC II!

TLC & TLC II seems are the same business stay away from them. The guy goes crazy. The owner whoever his name is goes crazy and starts yelling at you even though you’re just picked up your laundry from them and showing them their horrible job they have done! They have no rhyme and reason for the prices they charge I have taken the same clothing to somewhere else 1/3 of a price and they respect me. I’m not sure how these people that give five stars to him! Did they get paid or gotten discounts from him? Do yourself a favor go somewhere else and read everybody else’s genuine reviews

Have been a customer here for 15 + years, always friendly and very professional. Will not take my dry cleaning or alterations anywhere else. Greatest customer service.

Very expensive for the poor service. Dont take your clothing there for alterations!

Great place for your dry cleaning. Had my bedspread done, because my dog got sick on it.got the smell out and it's back on the bed.maybe not the dog.
