Tony Ngai was extremely efficient with running the process to sell our home, and we really appreciate his consistency and his patience working with us despite our rushed decisions and busy schedule. He managed to put our home to the market during the time we were out on vacation, and by the time we
returned, the home was already sold despite our absences. Tony was always available and made sure our selling process went as smoothly as possible, which I am extremely thankful for. I would definitely recommend Tony Ngai to anyone who wants to sell their homes.

We’re a young family with a toddler and we have been looking for our perfect home for a long time. Going in, we didn’t understand much about the home buying process, and he made me feel so comfortable. Tony is very knowledgeable, quick, and polite. He frequently sent us great matches for what we were looking for. He would accompany us to see the places and, since he is so experienced, he would point out subtle things that we would have missed but were important for our decision process. He’s a wonderful person who really wants to help people and is very resourceful. He was patient with us and never pushed us to buy something we were not ready for. Once we found the right home, he turned into a fierce strategist and got us the place with a great strong offer. I still can’t believe he was able to convince the sellers to sell it to us, and we got a great deal! Another huge perk about Tony is his ability to work with people, especially our lender, especially considering we are first-time buyers. He even accompanied us on our closing date and walked us through what we were signing. Also, he took the most adorable pictures of our special day! We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have Tony as our Realtor! Thank you, Tony, we highly recommend his services.

Tony has helped me with a home purchase in the past, and is a wonderful agent. So, it was a no-brainer to ask him to help with the sale of a home. He takes the time to listen to your needs and even backstory of why we're selling so that we can plan the best and most realistic sales plan that we're comfortable with.

Because we knew we had to do some facelifting to our old home (both inside and out) before we could sell, Tony was still there (whether it be on-site or over the phone) every step of the way to make sure we were ready to sell. It does take work (time, energy, money) on the home-owner's end to spruce up the home, but Tony was always positive, gave some guidance to what designs have sold well and what has not, yet not being so pushy to tell us every corner needed to be updated. He understands everyone has a budget and is very reasonable with his recommendation (s).

When it came time for our open house, he was on-site doing his magic! I love it when your own agent is physically on-site to make sure the open house runs smoothly and not pawning off the job to some "representative" or staff, as I've seen at many other open houses. He is definitely 100% there to answer any questions quickly and thoroughly.

Not only did Tony score us multiple offers for us to choose from, he reviewed in detail what each offer meant and any pros/cons to accepting a particular offer over another. I really experienced a partnership with Tony in the entire home-sale process. This is exactly what you need. Not someone who just wants a quick sale and calls it a day. You want someone like Tony, who's there every step of the process and is always available any time of the day just to make sure we're at ease with any and every decision we're making to get the best offer! He is one really dedicated agent and I whole-heartedly recommend him!

We did not know much about what to look for and what area is suitable when we started searching for a home. Then from a friend’s recommendation we got in touch with Tony. After the initial discussion, Tony understood our requirements well and helped us check out the houses which might suit us. Tony has spent tons of time with us at each home that we visited.

This helped us to better understand what could be issues with each home, how we can remodel the homes to suit our needs, and observations on the neighborhood. He gave us his honest opinion without pushing us to make a decision. Throughout this process, Tony was very accessible and responded to our texts very quickly, usually in less than 15-minutes. And whenever we called Tony, he patiently answered all our questions. Usually we had a lot of questions! We had to redo a few things in the house. Tony guided us throughout the process by providing ideas, contacts. We were also skeptical on how things would work out.

Partly because, we are new to this house remodel and this is our first home, and also we both are working, and don't have much time to focus on managing the work. Tony helped us here so much that he made it very smooth for us to get our home ready and move in. Tony helped us by coordinating with the contractor, painter. He also suggested to us where to buy various materials and how we can better understand what we needed. He visited the shops with us, and gave us tips on various details on what to choose, what has a good resale value, and what is good from a functional view. These tips were extremely helpful. When we didn't have time, he visited the house multiple times to check on work on behalf of us to check on the progress.

We are extremely thankful to Tony for helping us so much. Every weekend Tony visited the house along with us when we were checking on work progress, and gave suggestions to us whenever we had questions on details. In one of the cases, he persistently followed up to get the work done, so that we could move to the house on time. We really appreciate this. So overall, it was a great pleasure to work with Tony, and we recommend Tony 1000% to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house.

Tony did a wonderful job with helping me sell my condo. This was my first time ever selling property, and Tony made sure I was well informed of the entire process from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable and with that is a great partner in creating a plan-of-action to sell my condo. He let me know what it would take to sell my condo, whether it be remodeling the kitchen, new paint, floors, updated lighting, etc. However, he is also understanding of budget and thus was great at helping me prioritize the updates. He's not pushy to say that everything is a "must do", which I'm sure a lot of agents out there do. When it was time to price my condo, he made sure we sat down to have a thorough two-way conversation of our sales-strategy. He really made me feel like this was a partnership, versus just telling me what price to set my condo at and call it a day. He gave me tons of information, always welcoming any additional questions, whether it be in-person, text, phone, email, etc. (he's available at all times of the day) and we even spoke about back-up plans. These kinds of discussions and relationships are hard to find in a real estate professional. So, if you are seeking the expertise, patience, and partnership, Tony is your guy!

Tony is an outstanding agent. We worked with him to buy our first home, a condominium. We interviewed multiple agents and felt like Tony is the easiest to work with. He is fast, responsive, and very accommodating. As first-time home buyers and having lived in the bay area for only a year, we felt like we could depend on Tony to give us credible advice. He knows the ins and outs of his domain and also has tons of contacts in the industry given the number of years he has worked here. He texts fast, replies to your queries at even the oddest hours, and shows up to listings with you (if you are a working professional you will value this a lot). Even in terms of getting a great price, Tony's suggested offer price was spot on with our seller's counteroffer. So if you want a great deal in this competitive market definitely go with Tony:)

Having Tony as our agent has been the best decision for our home buying process. We chose Tony initially because we saw a previous comment describing him as more like your friend than an agent, which we also ended up finding the same about Tony. When we first met Tony, since we were first time home buyers, Tony didn't push tons of listings blindly for us to view. Instead, he hand-picked homes with different characters for us to get a feeling, and encouraged us to explore different neighborhoods by just driving around before making any decisions. When we were touring the first few homes together, Tony would spend extra time with us to teach us a variety of knowledge on things like foundation structure, interior design, renovation to small tips like make sure to check your back mirror before closing the garage door when you drive home! He would teach us how to pay attention to detail for newly flipped or renovated homes so that we are not tricked by the fancy look, and also he would spend time with us to figure out how to renovate old homes to extract their potential. Tony would make recommendations very carefully based on our preferences and always provides his honest opinions. If he thinks this home is not gonna work, he will tell you directly. For example, we both liked a home except the weird layout of the master bedroom door directly facing the front door, and we were thinking maybe it's ok. Tony offered his honest feedback that this is gonna be bad Feng-shui, and would affect future sales. Well it turned out that home was on the market for more than a few weeks, and we were so glad that Tony made that call. 2022 was the year with the influence of COVID, layoffs and financial instability around the world, and we had hard time deciding how much we should spend on a house and we were very conservative on putting out offers. Tony showed extra patience to help us navigate through the difficult times. For example there were a number of houses that we just put listing price or slightly above, and Tony didn't push us to make any decisions and eventually helped us write down 9 offers. In the end, we finally got the home we wanted after almost a year's search. Looking back on this journey, Tony is more like our friend that happens to be a real-estate expert that you can always rely on, and he is always just a text away! Instead of being more like a salesperson, Tony helped us find what we really want from a house, this takes much more effort and patience since essentially, this is a reflection of your expectation of your lifestyle. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone that is looking to buy a house, for his patience, professional knowledge and his attitude of always being there to help you as a friend!

Tony was our realtor and helped us buy our first property, a condominium.

We had a tight timeline and Tony met us on a Saturday, driving all around the peninsula with us — from Daly City to San Bruno to Pacifica.

Throughout this process, Tony was very accessible and responded to our texts very quickly, usually in less than 30-minutes. Whenever we asked to hop on a phone call, Tony made the time.

Tony also provided a lot of perspective on a variety of different things we had questions about, and walked through the homebuying process with us in a digestible way. He explained what are likely simple and straightforward concepts for more seasoned buyers, and helped us to weigh the tradeoffs of certain decisions.

We never felt that Tony was ‘pushing’ us to make an offer or offer a higher price.

We would recommend Tony for anyone looking to buy in the Bay Area!
