TNT Airsoft & Customs LLC reviews
7 The place sucks and they don’t know anything about the guns and they sell broken equipment they are total idiots
You sold me 2 broken aap mags
I was in there with a couple buddies over the weekend, it really was a good experience. Personable people that were really there for you.
The staff members were very rude for no reason. I was coming in with my friend and they looked so annoyed as soon as we walked in and haven’t done anything yet.
The staff is rude and sarcastic, asked a question and they just reply in a smart manner or just stare blankly. CQB has better customer service.
Friendly people and will help you find what you need they have pretty much anything your looking for
Tony is the best dude. He's very informative and just all around a really helpful and friendly guy. I cannot tell you how many times I've come in with an issue and Tony had been able to get me set up with the fix and out the door. I don't get the negative reviews as I've never received anything shy of excellent customer service!
I got to meet. I think his name is Jake? (EDIT: Its Nate) at the store the other day. I've been out of airsoft for several years now and wanted to get back into it as an adult. Especially now that adulting is easier now that when I was first starting out.
I told him what I was looking for and he was able to recommend an airsoft gun I wanted, including accessories. I got to even try the products before committing to them. They have an indoor range and a chrono which really help seal the deal.
I wasn't sure about the pricing at first, I knew that there was a good chance I was going to pay the "Mom and Pop Tax" but after looking online. No! They beat MSRP!
Needless to say, I think this is going to be a mutually beneficial, expensive relationship.
Thanks Nate and Vickie (for helping me out at the end)
EDIT: Grammar
