I hated were they are making me wait 90 days before a claim and then the plan doesn't cover front suspension

On hold for 30+ minutes just for them to tell me they can't do a claim over the phone. Emailed in info for customer then they never call back. Every time I call to see if claim is approved they say adjuster is not available he'll call you back. Well guess what over a week for them to call back. DO CLAIMS OVER THE PHONE. Your customers do not appreciate the way you handle claims, and neither do the repair shops that have to deal with you.

First claim with Toco and we have spent thousands on this exclusionary warranty for our Audi. Unfortunately, not as good as other 3rd party warranties. Getting the run around and service seems to be lacking. Will update as we go through this process but at first pass, I’d probably recommend going with one of the others big names, which we have used in the past. Like Toco’s monthly payment model, but if they do not reimburse, then it’s not worth it.

I have had them for a few years now since I got my car in 2020 (off course it has to be a lemon of a bmw) toco has paid and I’m not making this up over $8000 in total to fix my car from the camshaft cracking, to my car needing a new starter, to the ac evaporator going out, and all was covered without an issue, the only downside was waiting on an inspector to show up to verify the expensive issue, even my local dealership is recommending them to customers because of how easy they are to work with. Thanks toco when I can afford a better car I’ll be sure to come back

Horrible experience, they said I missed 2 or 3 oil changes
It took the sales person a good 8 months before I said ok and got the warranty, nothing down, sounds great.they will find something not to pay, looking for a good attorney.

My dad has waited to get his car fixed for almost a month, they wanted him to find a mechanic so they can take apart the motor and see what’s the problem, my dad has waited on them every day so they can tell him what to do or if they are going to fix it. Today they told him that they aren’t going to fix his car because a part is burned, now his car doesn’t even have a motor and it doesn’t even turn on

I own a 2008 Ford Explorer. Transmission went out at 186000. Toco refused the claim because they say there was supposed to be a transmission fluid change and filter replaced at 180,000 miles. The schedule in the truck doesn't even go up to 180,000 miles.

I've been with them since 2006 and never had to use my warranty until now! Now I'm getting the run around about my car getting fixed! I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. I've been paying faithfully for 6 years and now this? All the money I paid them and all they ever fixed was an alternator and axel. I need my money back!

I have been with Toco since around 2013 if not more, and my bank card expired, as soon as I noticed I called them and give my new debt card to them talked to the agent and told her that my next payment would be ok, but the pass due I would have to call them back she stated that would be ok, now let me remind you I have two vehicle with Toco running around 160 to 180 a month. I noticed this week when I missed a call and a email from them the agent still didn't correct my debt card which has placed me two months, I then called and ask them what could be done, they stated that I would have to bring it current, now I pay my bills and they can see over all these years I've being a returning customer. I'm not asking to waive my payment, the first time was my fault, the second time I spoke and corrected my card and it wasn't fixed on their end, so I then ask to place the one that was their fault at the end so I could get this taken care of I was told no. You would think that being a returning customer they would try to help you but, not for me, I only had to use them twice and out of the two time only one thing came out that was covered and it was not expensive and I still stayed all those years, Toco you really need to take care of you clients, I did make a payment today but it was with Car Shield and I will remain faithful with them as long as they are to me, the good thing is, both of my vehicles totals 129.98 a, month yes a lot cheaper and their packages are pretty much the same. Shame on you Toco I hate having to start over on things but I know that my Lord knows best.

I had 3 car warranties over the last 5 years and last 1 year Toco. They BLOW away the other companies. They saved me over $7k this year in car repair.

My recent enrollment experience with Nathaniel was awesome and I hope that TOCO Warranty will keep up to their word as they did before when I was with them 7-8 ago and do cover everything as promised without any hassle. My previous experience was good, so I came back and re-enrolled with TOCO. This review will be 5-Stars when I come into any issue with my vehicle, and they cover without any hassle as they did for me 7-8 years ago.

TOCO, please keep in mind, it all depends on how well you take care of your customers that the rating increases for your warranty company. NO HASSLE AT ALL = 5-Stars with great review.

They take too long in getting a warranty when something goes wrong with your car it's too late because something on your car breaks and it can't be fixed within 90 days which I'm against.

They dont pay the dealership because they have been calling me. So I decided to drop my contract and the bank keeps altering me that they are still trying to take the payment out if I don't have a contract with y'all please stop trying to take the money out my account

I just signed up for the Toco warranty and dealt with Derrick in sales and let me tell you? He was awesome! He was knowledgeable in his presentation and covered all basis. So ask for him and let him know Sean sent you!

I was lead thru the Toco Warranty information by Ms. Esther. She was very professional and answered my litany of questions. I have done some research for a warranty insurance provider and have determined with her assistance that Toco was my choice. I was looking for extented warranty on my 2009 SRT Crossfire, I have 37,000 miles and this car stoll smells new. I keep this car as my hobby since it is the first car I ever purchased. Being single and owning 2 cars which are exdcellent and I keep them that way. I figured sooner or later on mu Crossfire something is going wrong. Since the car was build by Mercedes it will be expensive. I was pleased with the sales person he was nice and did not tri to sell me a plan he listened and he told me what I should have. Very nice. As an immigrant from Germany I love my German car.
