17 When I picked these up, I showed the person working. I asked if they thought these were done well, the person said, “I think they look great” You decide.
Then the icing, they said “I’ll have the manager call. ” I responded, “I’ll bet you your next paycheck they don’t call”, and put my hand out… they refused the bet. Couple months now, no call.
We usually are completely happy with the service at Today Cleaners at the Marketplace. However, this time we did not receive a 10% discount, presented on my cell phone when dropping off the bag of dry cleaning. Then when I went to pick up the order, I was not given all of the items, requiring me to return to pick up the rest of the items that had been dropped off originally.
Truly in by 11am done by 4pm! And with great attention to detail. My husband’s suits came back in pristine condition and all cologne smells were gone. And having an account there just makes everything so easy.
My pants were not hung by the waist again. It even says to hang by waist on receipt, and a tag says to hang by waist.
The girl that works the front desk is the rudest snottiest person I have encountered in years. She seems like she’s 15 years old and every time I go and see her I know I’m going to have a problem. She pretends like she can never hear me and always gets my name wrong. She gives me rude looks and always tells me that she can’t find me in the system when I have an account and go often. Please give her a talking to on proper customer service.
Greeted nicely upon arrival, easy drop off. Uniforms were cleaned and had great creases as requested. Would recommend.
Great experience. Dropped off item and it was ready in two days. $39 fee was not exorbitant
The young lady that waited on me, not only agreed to do a small alternation, move a collar button, she suggested launder and press, not dry clean. The lady at the Coffee and Stockdale location refused it. I won’t go back there. The price was right, and smooth transaction. Thank you again.
Traveling from out of state and got chili sauce on my sport coat at a restaurant. Found Today Cleaners service next door, dropped off my coat, and had it back that afternoon! They did a great job.
They are way to expensive, they retuned my close all dirty. Definitely going to look for options
I brought in a coat that needed cleaned and needed buttons repaired. I gave the entirely loose button to a trainee who put it into a paper bag, which promptly got separated from the coat. When I went to pick it up, they had not repaired the buttons because they did not have matching ones. I asked her to go ahead and fix the ones she could, even though it was missing one, and told her I'd come back later. I couldn't get back until late evening, and the trainee was there, and the button was located. They repaired all of the buttons and did not charge me for the cleaning due to the inconvenience. That was above and beyond! Thank you so much for your unexpected kindness! I am loving my fresh new looking coat!:) (p.s. The button repair was free to begin with, which was also a pleasant surprise!)
Went in to drop off my service uniform and picked it up next day. Uniform came out right and no hassle. Quick in and out experience. Good service.
Both the customer service, and work at this store is always great. I was greeted by, and waited on at pickup by Sherrita. Please forgive me if I got your name wrong. When I come in for pickup, she doesn't need to ask my name, she knows me by memory. I love that
Gabriel was super helpful and professional. Even offered to help me put a button back on a vest of mine.
I'm a bit tired of having to give out so much information for everything. I didn't want to make a profile or give out my phone number but that kind of wasn't an option.
The front desk customer service was a bit rude when approaching the customers. She could use some training on how to be polite.
