Todd Gilmore Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical

We called Todd on a Friday morning entering a 3-day weekend that was forecast as the beginning of week of triple-digit temperatures. We explained that the fan on our outside unit had stopped spinning the evening prior, and thus, the air-conditioner was inoperable, and we were desperate to get it repaired.

Todd cleared time in his schedule on another job to come take a look at the unit. He kept us apprised of his arrival, and showed up when he told us to expect him. He was personable and professional when he arrived. He asked a few questions about the unit, opened it up to take a look, and confirmed that the fan motor was dead. He made a few phone inquires and found an exact replacement motor.

In total, it took him approximately 1hr-30mins between arriving, and having the new motor installed and the unit up and running again. This included the travel time to pick-up and return with the new motor.

Our experience with Todd Gilmore was nothing short of fantastic. The service was excellent and the price was fair. We would recommend Todd Gilmore to everyone, as we will always call him for our own heating & air-conditioning needs.
