TOGO'S Sandwiches reviews
12This is a great place to have a sandwich and visit they didn't rush us and it wait very nice. The food was prepared ask we ask for it. Thank you.
We come here from Somerset, Great Sandwiches and Service. It's the only place We get our sandwiches
If I said slow, that would not describe it. Someone in our group insisted on going here, but they are not staffed for a group of twenty. The sandwich was okay, though. They had a vegetarian menu for my daughter.
Togo's sandwiches. I'm one of the lucky few still had the opportunity to eat at their very first location on San Fernando Street in San Jose California. I want to say around 1971 I could be wrong on that. But I could be wrong on the date that they actually opened all I know is they turned into my favorite sandwich destinations there are. My favorite sandwich is the number 9 with provolone cheese and jalapeno peppers and when you order and number 9 you get it full of meat not like some of those other sandwich change that you order from that say that they weigh the meat but I have a feeling they hold their finger on the scale I actually boycott a different brand of sandwiches because of that I got all the way home turn on a pastrami sandwich add for little tiny pieces of pastrami on it I was so upset I actually took it back. I promise I will never ever patronize their company again show again went wanting a sandwich if there's not a Togo's around you look to see if there's a Deli open somewhere such as your local grocery store but Togo's is definitely the place I say number one place to buy a sandwich they have good soup also.
Place is neat and sandwiches are comparable to other locations but the customer service is very poor. This is the second time at this location and the staff are at the kindergarten level of training and even worse attitude.
Worst customer service I’ve ever been to, the atmosphere was so hostile and unwelcoming. They were completely closing and packing up the store by 6pm an hour before closing. The blond young man was slamming chairs around and yelling with another lady. They wouldn’t stop yelling at each other as loud as they could, they rushed us to order without even giving us a real chance to look at the menu, while the young man constantly glared daggers at us becusse we had the audacity to walk into a restaurant. I’ve never experienced such a bad customer service. They had gotten a tip, but in all reality they didn’t even deserve a few Pennie’s found on the floor.
Won't go here again. Went three separate times and all three times there were issues. Customer service was not good. Not sure what the issue is but I won't go here anymore.
Terrible customer service. One meatball on one side of the sandwich. Skimpy on the meat. I think I get more meatballs in my sandwich at subway for a cheaper price.
Bread is always dry, over cooked, or stale. Or a combination of all 3. Combine that with barely any condiments and my sandwhich is alwaus unbearably dry. Staff is friendly and food is poor quality.
Girls behind the counter were pretty loud and obnoxious the short girl literally asked me about my profession and went on to insult me about it, almost enough to make me leave, good sandwiches though.
The employees were loud and would not stop screaming about their personal conversations.they took forever to get to our order because they were talking so much.we almost left and went to another place.only one employee was kind and working hard, the others were rude and insulted my job lol… multiple other customers walked out while they were taking their time making one person’s order.at least the kind employee loaded my sandwich with extra guac:) in the time that the employee that made our 3 sandwiches made them, the other 2 girls made none haha
Too get started it was dirty as% and the 3 girls working there looked like they hated there job rolled my bread in marinara sauce I ordered a Philly and they said they were out of cookies and the person that told me this had crumbles all over her lips.so don't plan on getting a cookie there I solved the reason for togos cookie shortage.won't be going back
