I love togo's! Everyone is so friendly & my sandwiches are always made perfectly.
Their sandwiches are my favorite. As a vegetarian, most sandwich shops skimp on the veggies/lettuce, and the sandwiches are pathetic.
Togos always provides delicious sandwiches and personable service.
So many employees don't engage with customers these days, but the Chico Togos employees interact and make it an enjoyable experience.
Went this week and the customer service was outstanding. Would go again just on this account. Servers were friendly and patient. Did not recommend the sour dough. If was overly chewy.

Jessica was amazing, we had a complicated order and we want to give her props. Because there was another order that came in while she was helping us, the other lady was standing around while she was working hard Jessica ask her to help. And she just gave her a look
Ordered my sandwich online for my lunch break, gave it an extra 5 minutes then went to pick up. I was asked if I was here for a pick up I said yes, the girl said I will start it in a minute (they were not busy) there was 3 employees only one was helping. I said it was suppose to be ready 10 minutes ago. Why order so you have time on your lunch to still have to wait.
