Live load between 1900-2100. I showed up 20 minutes early. HIGH VISIBLE VEST REQUIRED. MASK REQUIRED. The security guard was polite. Check was quick. My door was ready. The product was ready. (CHOCK YOUR LEFT REAR TIRE, UNHOOK YOUR RED AIR LINE) Loading began promptly after backing in. The shipper/loader was professional. Check out was easy. Everything completed within one hour.

This place is a disappointment at best. They seem to hire under-educated people that are not very smart and barely know how to write their name let alone hold a broom so they can not fall over. I would recommend going to other locations if you can and don't waste your time.
