History:
I've had work done with Tom Bell in the past and have been very pleased. Two vehicles have been repaired on time and in budget. My most recent experience was very different.
Pros:
The quality of the work was good. The vehicle looks and runs as expected.
Cons:
Was quoted three weeks to complete work on my vehicle. It took over 6 weeks to complete. I understand a small delay in getting parts or unexpected issues that arise, but not 2x the quoted time.
The person working the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person.
I discovered items missing from my vehicle after it was returned to me.
Summary:
I cannot trust this company anymore and would not recommend working with them to my friends or colleagues.
Completely blown away that a report was sent to insurance & didn't even mention the stuff busted under the hood, I'd bet they didn't even do the tear down & put back together.
When one shop says they will total my car over a bumped bumper, Tom Bell got it repaired. Working with the team there is super easy which is so wonderful when everything else about a collision is not. They work with local car rental companies which makes the drop off and pick up able to be completed by one person instead of two. They did a great job on my repair and if I need to then they will get my service again.
Bob was the one who helped me. Very professional and helpful whenever I had questions. I recommend him specifically for his splendid service. It was a long wait but the result was very worth it. My truck looked even better than when I bought it. They were also willing to fix anything I wasn’t satisfied with.
Got the estimate, drop it off, it was done 4 days later. Very happy with the work and service. Bob is awesome.
Total class acts the entire staff, had to take my car back 4 times, it WAS NOT THERE FAULT, Chad my advisor took care of things perfectly. Only body shop I'm going to.
(UPDATE) i had to return my car to mechanic at no fault of shop and the manager took my call and worked qith me in the best of ways. I did have a poor experince but this is more than making up for it. I will return to this shop in the future. Excellent managemnt. (End of update)
BOB is ignoring my calls and not returning them. 6 weeks of delays without a single notice. I had to take time off work to puck up my car only to find out my car was not ready. Due to the fact that BOB neglected to do his job at all. Worst experience and very unprofessional. I understand parts shortage but terrible customer service has nothing to do with parts. Trash!
All of the work done on my 2017 Silverado was absolutely perfect
And all the staff was absolutely nice and friendly and very professional I would recommend Tom Bell Collision center to everyone
