Tomatillo is an excellent authentic Mexican restaurant that is very similar to Chipotle. All of the ingredients were very fresh, even at closing time. The staff was very friendly and willing to serve us despite closing in about 30 minutes. Especially for an area that doesn't have too many close by restaurant options in Palos Verdes, this is a great find!
Unfortunately Palos Verdes is limited to quality Mexican food, but if you want amazing food where you wouldn't expect it then I highly recommend this place. It is at the Shell gas station but the food is freshly made with quality everytime. Don't waste your moneybat Chipotle. This is 10X better than them in every way. The meat is seasoned and noy dry, they actually give you meat imstead of all lettuce, and the salsa is freshly made as is everything else. Oh and the price is UNBEATABLE
SO FRESH AND SO GOOD. It makes Chipotle seem like trash. Their chicken is never weird. The art is so cool. The workers are so nice and have wonderful vibes. This place deserves front and center real estate cus more people need to know about it
