It was a stressful time, so it was a tremendous benefit to have a sales agent who was honest, dependable, and responsive. We helped us tremendous help to us. We had some trouble with the house and things were finally settled after two years. She stuck with us an was a big help in finally settling our problems The house is now sold and we couldn't have done it with Serena"s help.

Above and Beyond! Serina was so friendly and on top of things it made our experience second to none. Serina sold me my first house back in 2010! My experience with her from the start was so amazing and comfortable considering i was only 20 years old and naïve she treated me like one of her kids! When the time came for a second home years later I had to go with her again. Knowing that we were in a bit of a tight financial situation with a 2 year old she did everything she could to help us get the home we wanted. This month Serina just helped us sell the same house she sold to us almost 5 year ago and as usual made every step of the way a breeze!
