We went here as a combination anniversary, mother's day & father's day dinner. This was our first time here. The food was excellent. The service was spot on.

Tommy's is always a treat. I often take out of town business associates there for lunch and it's always a hit.

Waited for a long time to be able to go there and have a great meal with all the other comments I have heard about how Great this Restaurant was went there for my birthday lunch family took me waited almost 2 hours for lunch, and then my lunch was very cold my daughters lunch her salad not good at all they told me their oven was down so mine would take a while. I ordered a French dip probably won’t go back for a long time. So sad.

I ended up going off menu for a change and ordered the halibut. It was just ok. I wasn't a huge fan of the sweet potato puree it came with. They are known for their steaks so I sampled my party's steaks and they were all good! The prime rib was juicy and cooked perfectly. The grilled rib eye was also phenomenal, as well as the 3 cheese stuffed chicken. Next time I'll stick to steak

Great Restaurant Food was Delicious, I ordered a Medium rare cut steak and it was cooked a bit over Medium in my Honest opinion but it was still good. A bit over priced but worth it.

First time there my steak was big and very good and my wife had the lobster and was really awesome, we will be back!
And great service and saw a lot of happy faces

Came here for my anniversary the lobster Mac & cheese appetizer was creamy/ cheesy but to find shrimp and lobster mixed in I guess to save money because some people can’t tell the different, I mention it to the waiter and he got frustrated with me over it and just ignored what I was explaining on the left it’s shrimp because it has stripes of orange and on the right it’s lobster bites and because it’s clean of stripes. Then ordered the ribeye steak had alot of membrane ordered medium rare and was not cooked even some areas still had dripping blood so I just cut around it at this point so I just felt awkward vibe from the waiter so I didn’t mention anything. Also when I got the ribeye they added one shrimp and one lobster bite on the potato and the lobster is not on the menu description I think they mix them together so they can have same flavor. The bread pudding was the highlight of the night would not go back.

Server didn't know the specials, had to go look them up. They were super busy and service was very slow. Had to flag them down for more water. I ordered a Downtown Visalia Old Fashioned and they brought me a Manhattan in a Martini glass. Server sarcastically asked if I wanted it poured in a different glass, clearly missing the point that it was the wrong drink entirely (thankfully I also like Manhattans). They didn't clear dirty dishes before placing entrees. Overall, average experience for incredibly expensive food. At least the prime rib was delicious, but let's be fair, it's tough to mess up prime rib.

Been coming here for years and have tried almost everything on the menu. Every restaurant has hit and misses. This restaurant has many hits and very few misses. Can't go wrong, really with what you order. The bread pudding is amazing!

Alvaro is the best server that I've had there. If possible, I always try to get him as my server. He makes the visit that much better.

This is easily the best steakhouse I personally have ever been to.

Of course they offer pasta dishes, surf & turf, salads, and various appetizers as well. A whole list of appetizers.

This steak was fantastic, and they serve it while it's still on fire! (Don't worry, they extinguish the flames right before they place it down for you.)

Expect a calm classy atmosphere; it would be a great place to go on a date!

Took my wife there for our anniversary been together 15 years. It was an amazing place loved it will go back. 10 out of 10.

One of the worst dining experiences to date! If an option for less than a star existed I would’ve chose it.
This location was highly recommended, however, from the moment after we were given menus and seated the experience went downhill fast (or slow based on service, or lack thereof received).

Due to the fact that it was a dinner for a coworker, I did not want to ruin the somber moment of our gathering further by attempting to speak to a “manager”. The waiter was aware of automatic gratuity due to our party size of 8, this shouldn’t have deterred the service to be as horrible as it was. Various tables received drinks and orders prior to us, (even large groups sat after us) we had to go directly to the bar for any drinks due to the servers lack of care and attention to our table. The food had the potential of being edible had it not been cold upon receiving it. A coworker requested an item with her meal that was received after at the end of the dinner. Even our one meal ordered for take out contained no sauce (discovered after arriving home). Attention to normal requests (refill, sauce, utensils, etc.) was not provided.

I honestly can’t express how EXTREMELY HORRIBLE this experience was! DO NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME venturing out for a “nice” dinner at this establishment! I’m creating a yelp account to initiate a review there as well, we spent a great amount of money and being in customer service myself, I would be extremely embarrassed if this was the service provided by my establishment.

Communication is key, if even a minor care to say, “we’re short staff at the moment or apologies of any nature” were provided this review would not happen, however, we only received poor customer service at Tommy’s.

If you find yourself wanting to experience this “fine dining” establishment just stay at the bar area. They were the only staff that assisted us, if even only with drinks.

Excellent food at a really reasonable price point. Had a really attentive and friendly waiter. My bacon wrapped filet was perfect…ate every bite! Lettuce wraps for the appetizer were just ok, hard to share and became more like a salad and were a bit spicy. Desert beignets were so puffy yet chewy and the s’mores were over an actual fire. Overall, a great ambiance and yummy food, would come here again!

Great food, nice restaurant! Was treated to a birthday dinner here, and it was delicious. I highly recommend it! I had the ribeye with the lobster stuffed baked potato side, steak was cooked perfectly, potato was the best I've had. The bread pudding dessert was amazing as well.

Full bar. Well served drinks. Steak is absolutely incredible. You gotta try Their specialty desert - the award winning Bread pudding! Vibes are relaxed, contemporary, and elegant. Makes you feel like you are not in Central California, and more like at a San Francisco lounge.

We had a superb dinner here last night. The specialty cocktails are wonderful and we pared them with lobster mac and cheese
which was a wonderful starter. Then we moved on to the Prime Rib dinner which was cooked to perfection and had a delicious rub on the outside. We also shared the chicken and shrimp that was so moist and flavorful. And those beignets are really incredible. The pastry chef makes them better than New Orleans. Not soggy or fried. Just wonderful. This has to be the best restaurant in the Central Valley. And our server Cebele was so delightful and anticipated our every need. Will be back soon!
