Horrible food. Ordered carne asada burrito and torta. Burned meat and I don’t think the cook knows how to make burritos.
I would give it zero stars if available. Filthy tables and seats.
I had better food at other Toms. Eat lunch on Saturday the 10th with a friend.
Food is good but this one girl at the counter is always rude and she messed up the order so I politely told her it was wrong and she got mad. I suggest to ONLY hire patient and kind people. A description of her (I didn’t know her name) but she is about 5’2, brown skin, black straight medium length hair always in a ponytail, and usually always at the counter. Always serious and gets easily irritated. I found a similar review to what I said. The person posted it a month ago I think we may be talking about the same girl.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the girl at the counter is always rude every time I’ve encountered her they mess up my order almost everytime
Just started coming in again and Nayeli has helped me several times and some familiar workers are back. Been getting great service again. I hope they recognize their great workers and keep them.
Just left Toms at 9: 30pm today, worst service ever. The 6ft kid with glasses made it clear he didn't want to help out. He was just standing there, and when I was being friendly by asking if he was ready to take my order he clearly ignored me. When i asked him again he pretty much gave me the silent treatment. When i asked for a kids meal he was barely vocal and said "drink", could barely hear him. Used to come in all the time and the people used to be friendly before covid, and even when they first open back up. Bad service several times already. I won't ever go back, plenty of other places to eat, even jack in the box has better service.
So last time I was here I had a bad experience and I grilled them pretty bad in a one-star review.
To be fair: 90% of the time this place is legit. But that 10% really stings. Overall this place is pretty damn good and the breakfast specials are the fairest in the land. Would recommend.
I come here for lunch with colleagues and the service is fast and friendly. We eat inside. It's clean and most importantly the food is delicious. I get the BLT with fries or Cheeseburger or French Toast (depends on my mood that day) it always hits the spot. And the fountain drinks are carbonated which is also good because sometimes paying for soda that sucks is a waste of money.
