TOM's Famous Family Restaurant 21, Victorville CA

Ordered Chicken and waffle’s… Waffles came but the chicken was 10 minutes late. By the time the chicken came the waffle was cold…waited another 8 minutes and the chicken was cold…I requested for the food to come out together and was told they will microwave the chicken. What great customer service. Went to ask for the Manager name and Alisha was very condescending. I can spend my money somewhere else. As for the Manager Rimo, please do better training your employees and you need tracing as well.

I could split a cheese hamburger with fries and I will be full. It’s always good. And I enjoy the salad with the pita bread.

They don’t care at all about the customer and can’t even follow simple instructions. Terrible service. I would NOT recommend going here

I was visiting Dr's Office for regular check up with my wife in the morning. I found this restaurant nearby, and went in for breakfast. It was clean at first, and foods were great together with gourmet coffee. We enjoyed breakfast and had a good time this morning.

I ordered chicken the waffles. The chicken exceeded my expectations. The waffle was under cooked.

Food was very tasty but I think it's a standard in the industry it was kind of pricey $ 24 for two meals!?

The food is always great but the drive though customer service is horrible. They have so much for you to choose from which is great but It's always some rushing you to order and someone with a bad attitude. This is extremely bad for the business. I have experienced this several times as well as hearing many different people express this.

Only thing is that I went one time at 9: 28 PM and they close at 10 inside seating and the girl told us no more seating after 9: 30 PM that is very sad because if it wasn’t for us customers they wouldn’t be getting paid

French fries - not enough salt. I've had a Chicken club sandwich and it had NO TASTE! Cheeseburger combo - NO TASTE!

Fast and very good service, frendly atmosphere and the food is freshly make. I like the 180° window view.

Had a bad experience at Tommy's the registers rude she wasn't very helpful and it used to be a nice place to visit but not enough employees for my help

Ordered 3 toms breakfast burritos and was super excited for it just to come home to an empty burrito. Nothing but tortilla. Very disappointed and I called to let them know only to get hung up on. Very Very disappointing. Never had this happen to me.

My first time eating at Tom’s Burgers #21 and the breakfast was very good. The staff was so friendly. GREAT customer service! Next time I am driving through or surveying a store Tom’s Burgers it is!

The prices have gone up and sadly the quality has gone down. I used to love the pastrami sandwich but the buns are always dry and fall apart. The meat is still good but they need to do something about the bread.

Snobby workers, including the manager or owner. They rush you when ordering, very uncomfortable. Avoid this specific toms!
