Tom's Plumbing Service TPS - La Habra

I called at 8: 45 and they came at 11: 45 installed new hot water heater, they were polite and fast. I have used Tom’s several times and they show up same day do good work and very nice, I highly recommend them.

Called on Tuesday and spoke with a gentleman named Dennis. Made an appointment for Friday with a time slot of 1pm to 3pm. Friday comes and at 3: 30pm I call to ask for an update since no one showed up. Woman I spoke with said there was no record of my appointment. She said she would call her manager and calle back in 10 minutes. I never received a phone call back. Unprofessional.

Was happy they came out on a Sunday my landlord said she couldn't find anyone.
The gentleman wasn't friendly or talkative at all. Grunted a few times like a bear. Maybe he was upset to come on a sunday? I rarely write reviews like this mostly complimentary posts, however I have been running into companies who hire and tolerate people who just aren't about customer service. Frankly I'm over it, its not hard to say good morning nor carry a 1/2 hearted conversation.
Sorry about the rant but I am done with rude and unfriendly employees. Go home and do us all a favor. Giving 2 stars for company showing up had they send a more customer service person I would give a 5. That's how important it is to me.

Repair connected pipe to water bib for $700, charge my credit card twice won’t process refund, I called twice, refund still not in.

Had a broken drain pipe in the wall. The plumber opened the wall and found the broken pipe and replaced it in a couple of hours. He saved the day. Will call again if needed.

Conner was awesome! I called TPS on Monday morning after my water heater unceremoniously kicked the bucket. The crew arrived about an hour after I called, gave me an estimate, and then they were ready to get started ASAP. The next day I called TPS again to replace my shower valve. Conner came back and took care of everything. I'm glad I was referred to TPS and will be calling them again for future projects and repairs.

Professionalism is not in their business model. Not only are they overpriced in comparison to local plumbers, they use typical plumber tricks to charge you even more! I should've known when I called and booked the appointment and the woman sounded like she was at home cleaning her house while speaking to me.

"Plumber" named Frank showed up in an unmarked van, no uniform on and acted like it was his first day on the job. He couldn't clear a sink clog for an hour. Literally the minutes he crossed over the 1 hour mark (since they charge by the hour), miraculously the clog was cleared and the price went up and he couldn't try to leave quick enough!

There's many good plumbers in the North Orange County area that charge less and show up ready to do an honest job, these guys are NOT those plumbers!

TPS installed 80 feet of sewer pipe lining for me a few months ago. It was not an easy job but the team stayed late into the night to make everything perfect. Great price great service. Thanks TPS!

Where to begin? I called the same day for a emergency for a tenant I’m in charge of for repairs cause it was a emergency and they had no water!
TPS plumbing sent out Jason Benton as the tech that day and he called me with his eta and gave me updates and before and pictures and was able to help the tenants get there water back on the same day. Bigger issue going on under ground with a slab leak and the next step is to fix but for now he Turned my headache into a miracle the same day and I just can’t thank you Jason and TPS plumbing for everything you did for me and the tenants. Google please upgrade this company from 5 stars to 10 stars!

The whole team is great. From phone call to appointment to follow-up questions, my experience with this company was great. Would recommend.

I called them at 8 pm and they showed up in less than an hour! The guy was very nice and CLEAN! He was in and out in no time (all my plumbing was backed up). He did a great job and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for after hour service. I will be using them again!

Jack and his team were brilliant.they came and quoted the job the same afternoon i called, and then were at my house 9am the next day to replace all my sewage pipes.they worked 9 hours, came back the next morning at 8am, worked another 10 hours and i had a bathroom/toilet i could use again! Jack was wonderful at explaining everything they did and the whole team was polite and respectful and as a single woman i felt safe, which is important when you let a whole bunch of men in your house! I cannot speak highly enough of jack and his team and i recommend them 100%

My septic tank barely drained any water. One company said I need a new leach line, and it is really expensive. TPS came, and they were able to dig up all the dirt and roots stuck in the drain pipes and replace the old clay pipes with new PVC pipes. They save my septic system. I would definitely recommend them.
