This review is a bit overdue in the making, but Monique and Tony need a shout out for helping us into our new home! We’re first time home buyers and, of course, were overwhelmed with the process. However, Tony and Monique made it much much easier and transparent than we were expecting.

Tony is super cool, has a great attitude and demeanor, and was always patient, flexible, and accommodating with our alternate schedule in showing us houses, which we were really thankful for. Monique is super knowledgeable and was always quick to answer our many questions and explain fully what was going on, in sending offers and during sale. And also a shout-out to Nadine! When we had a hiccup in the process, she was quick to reassure us and was wonderfully helpful.

Even after the sale, everyone remained friendly, responding quickly and thoroughly with questions and any other work to be done. We feel pretty secure knowing this excellent team has our back! I definitely recommend the Zacarias Team to other first time home buyers out there – they’re here to help find the best house for you, are great at keeping you in the loop, and are still supportive after the sale.

Don’t be afraid to contact them if you’re outside their main area either! They helped make the sale down in Corona without a problem and were super knowledgeable about the area as well.
