I’ve been in San Diego for close to 8 years now and had the hardest time finding a reliable barber. I found Ray and Top Cutts
7 years ago and never turned back. Very close to all nearby neighborhoods especially Hillcrest (the gayborhood). They are top end services for a very reasonable price. They always work around my busy schedule and it’s a one stop location for all my grooming needs. Heard, beard and eyebrows. Literally go once a week.

If you have been looking for a sign this is it. You will not regret it!

My cuts always get compliments by others, and Ray (my Barber) does a great job leaving me feeling fresh and clean on the way out every time.

Awesome shop with a great team. Also recommend Evan’s styling products! Much better than other styling products I’ve tried in the past. Has a clean scent, is smooth and easy to use, plus it creates a great texture that isn’t greasy like other styling creams can do. Even better, you’re supporting a small business Highly recommend!

Visited Top Cutts for the first time today after going to chains for years and I got the best cut and styling I've had in as long as I can remember, probably decades. Martin was awesome in first asking me if I wanted to stick with my too-many-years-old style and I said I wasn't. He combed my hair into a few different styles and I told him to go for the one he thought fit me best. He proceeded to cut and then style (they have their own line of fantastically-priced products he used when styling) and when he was done I was absolutely amazed because I looked so good.he knew what he was talking about! He was very pleasant, they don't blare the music like at other places, their prices are very competitive, it was the best experience. I'll definitely be back!

These guys were the first ones to cut my kids' hairs. They do an amazing job and my kids absolutely love them. They are pleasant, polite, and the space is spotless clean.
I highly recommend. They have a great way with boys of all ages!
