Tina does a great job. But owner is horrible. He over books staff. He confirms appointment and makes you wait over 2 hours. I've been coming here for over 25 years and im done. I dont have 2-3 hours to waste. Use to love this place but I've been over it for some time now. Sorry to say. Never again.

Everyone is super nice and willing to work any design needed! My nails were done by Tina and she was super lovely to work with. Recommend definitely.

The staff are super friendly and they talk english well. They will do your nail just the way u want them.

Been coming here for 20 yrs already and it's with my main girl TINA. Wether it's for acrylics, mani, pedi and wax she always does a great job. Totally recommend her.

Is the second time they do me an ugly job, the first time I was in a hurry but this time I told the owner because after the lady do my nails there was bubbles and I told the owner the nail polish was old and it turned out it was my fault.

Bella has been the one to give the best service. Did an amazing job and was super patient. Going back now to change up my color

Not good last time i went their girl did my nails in 5 mins. Really 5mins. And i payed 15 dollers so that why i never went back

Wendy or Nancy are my go to's. And if u want a pedicure DO NOT let them give u the chunky lady. She's careless about her work and gets mad when u ask her to fix it as if you were getting them for Free. Other than that love this place

It's always a great experience. I wait for Mary and I get my nails how I like them. She is the best. The wait time sometimes is long but its worth it.

Every single time I come here, I make an appointment. And every single time, they don't honor it. They always make me wait, as they give someone else priority. I've been waiting for an hour and half and counting. They are the worst! Also, they are cash only. You would think by now they would get a credit card machine. Go somewhere else and save your time!

Hello people. This is ur crazy Boricua reporting to you about TOP NAILS. This place is AMAZING! This place does your nails EXACTLY the way you want them to.they actually listen to your wants and they attend to ur needs.we all know that money is hard to come by these days so why waste it by gong somewhere that does horrible nails? I've been to a million places untill now.and Omgosh are they friendly.so polite and sweet. I love this place. I now have my daughter coming here.so come on down and see what I'm talking about. Oh and ask for AMY. SHES THE BEST!

Many friends said this place was dope af for nails. So I try it for my first time. He'll nah. This lady was acting like I was the manicurist. My nails looked ugly I had to keep telling her why they look deformed. I MUST ASSUME SHE THOUGHT I HAD NO CLUE. WELL THEY LOST A GREAT CUSTY HAHA. STILL LOOKING FOR THAT NAIL PLACE THAT WILL WOW ME

Be carful the service is bad they not sanitizing the instruments the give my fongus on my nails

I came first in line but since a woman threw a tantrum about not being next she was attended first. Disappinted.

Took my 12 year old daughter to paint her nails. She has long beautiful nails so she doesn't need acrylic. She sat still for 30 minutes after and the polish bubbled so they insisted she sat to close to the fan and caused the bubbles. I told the manager No, it's your nail polish. She insisted I was wrong after going back and forth as to how long she sat still with the fan. I explained after the 30 minutes the polish bubbled there was no nicks. We went back and forth for 15 minutes she wanted to leave and then agreed to only repaint them again tomorrow but only add another coat. Also just for polish they charge $6.00 they use the cheapest polish on the wall not the gel. For that price you can buy it at Sally's and paint them at home.

Bad service.been over charge! I call back to talk to owner but I guess they cant understand as a owner is a shame how she talk to me even telling me I complaint because I dont have enough money to do my nail that im crazy as a owner dont think thats how they have to talk to a customer so many times do appoiments and have to wait over an hour because they do two or three appoiments with the same person
