Just the facts:

Brought our boat in for detailing, waxing, and paint correction, etc. We were promised top to bottom detailing, trailer included.

Quoted $2,780. DEAL.

Upon pick up, without notification, or prior verbal or written consent price was jacked up to $5,1xx.xx

My wife made this deal, I was on board with it until the price went up.

We settled at $3,500.00 still not what we were told. UNETHICAL.

Explanation from detailer: The boat took longer and took up more spaces.

The boat didn’t grow they knew the size and quoted appropriately.

Yes they do a good job, but jack up the price secretively.

I’ve owned plenty of vehicles and been to plenty of detail shops. All were good. But none like Top To Bottom. The have surpassed my expectations by a great margin, and at the same time setting themselves apart by the excellent customer service, prompt and honest quotes. Jason and his crew have took great care of my vehicle. Don’t think I will visit another detail shop. No need to. I reside in San Diego and will be happy to return knowing that My car will be in good hands. And let’s just say my car hasn’t looked better since it left the factory. Quality of polishing and care is superb to every experience I’ve ever had in regards to the appearance and care of my vehicle. Left my black paint so shiny I could use it as a mirror to shave.

Top to Bottom ceramic coated and tinted the windows on our black 2020 Mazda CX-5. The paint looks absolutely beautiful, and deep. The metallic flake pops out in the sun light and shimmers better than it did when we took it off the lot last week.
We wanted the windows dark, and the tint Jason applied is working great on keeping the interior cool. My other cars are black as well with dark tint, but are very hot inside on hot days. The Mazda stayed cool when left outside on a 90+ day.

My truck was in really bad shape after rodents had made their way into the engine and then, devastatingly, inside the cab. Jason was able to remove that awful smell, and even removed every seat, and metal base, cleaning ALL tracks and crevices! I am thrilled to have a clean interior! It hasn’t felt this nice since I bought it brand new. These guys are very detailed oriented:) I’m definitely bringing the car in next.

Top2Bottom is PHENOMENAL! Took the 06' Scion here and Mr. Jason and his team transformed her into a beauty! So then we took the 19' Corolla for the ceramic detail and tinting, and WOW! Not only a definite difference but the dealership wanted to charge an extreme amount for half of the work and using an inferior product. This family is extremely pleased with the service, pricing, and detail (no pun intended). PS.new addition to the family peed on a seat and Mr. Jason worked his magic, no more puppy smell!

Top to bottom detailing was absolutely amazing. Jason is so friendly and professional. I recent bought a 2018 black tundra that had some swirl marks on it. Jason recommended the stage 2 restoration and I’m glad I did. My truck looks brand new. It looks better then brand new. Jason really came through in his word. Not only detailing the outside and inside but underneath the truck and the engine as well! Amazing. Highly recommend top to bottom to anyone looking for a detail job for a car or truck.

I saw Jason's work on a car at Cars & Coffee in San Clemente, so I made an appointment for him to look at the paint on my Fiesta ST. He was terrific. He spent over an half-hour discussing the options for attacking my cars paint problems. When I said that I thought Temecula was just too far from my home in San Clemente, he gave me the name of a friend of his in Mission Viejo. I would say to anyone that needs paint restoration or detailing that Jason is your man.

WOW. What a difference quality auto detailing makes! With emphasis on QUALITY, Jason turned my car from ‘meh’ to ‘fanciest car on the block’! And even though I dropped off my car expecting only attention to the exterior of the vehicle, Jason’s team also turned my interior into a shining, sparkling space! I keep going out and just admiring how amazing my car looks. I don’t even think it was this spectacular when I bought it.

I have forbidden every bird I see from dropping ANYTHING near my vehicle, and every bug in the immediate vicinity has been threatened with a tragic end if they come anywhere near my prize car. I am also considering sitting out by my car with a leaf blower to ward off the cloud of pollen that keeps circling overhead. I brought in my (new to me) used car because it smelled faintly like smoke from the previous owner. I tried everything to get the smell out myself, then finally decided I needed a professional interior detail. Jason and his crew steam cleaned all of the upholstery, washed the headliner material, ran a special air purifying machine inside for a couple hours, and even took out the gross old cabin filter (dealership told me they had just replaced it.not the case, it was black). Top to Bottom took their time on my car, and worked with great care and precision. I couldn’t be Happier, worth every penny!

My truck got speckled with stucco and some cement as a contractor failed to inform me that he would be doing sandblasting on one of our company buildings. Unfortunately, my truck got this debris all on the back of my tailgate. This detailing company came to the rescue and made my truck better than when I first purchased it from the dealer brand new in 2018! I highly recommend this place for any car cleaning and detailing needs!
