Dr Park is amazing. She is very pleasant and friendly and always explains things very well. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Last time I went to LensCrafters my co-pay was like $10 I’m not sure why the price went up to $49 with the same type of eye exam I had before. So I decided not to get my glasses from them and will go elsewhere. When I posted this information on Facebook people some people had the same experience they weren’t upfront. They tell you your co-pay it’s $10 when you walk out paying $49.

Hi the staff was great and the booking process was painless. However the facility it self while looked nice wasn't as much. None of the equipment has wipes or contact sheets in a COVID world seems crazy the eye test mirror and equipment didn't work so I had to move around for the test. The glass selection is ok they have mostly premium glasses. So it's expensive. Even with 50% off lenses. The test cost was ok about expected.

First thing to note is that "Topanga Family Vision" is actually inside Lenscrafters. Not sure why that information isn't noted anywhere online. Second thing is that I called them six times over a twenty minute period, ultimately missing my appointment, trying to find their location that didn't exist on the mall directory - no answer or call back. Missed my appointment and had to waste two hours of PTO for no reason. When I got home, my wife called them and lo and behold - they answered right away. I won't be rescheduling with them.

Very good experience. My assigned eye doctor was great and concerned about the well-being of my vision. I have to say this is the 1st time in 2 years I've been happy with my prescription.

Very easy to make an appointment and fill out paperwork online, lots of appointment times available, kind and courteous staff, and up to date equipment.
