7 Wish there were negative stars. Failed to call 911 when my family member was having a stroke. Fsiled to provide covid vaccine failed to provide adequate behavioral health care, discharge with no care plan, inaequate services.
Do not send your family members here if you love them. 3 weeks PT failed to see if patient could go up a step to get in the house. I could go on and on about what is lacking.

This facility who was recommended by my moms surgeon is a disgrace. There food is horrendous and they do not provide the care that people deserve. My mom waited for a week to get any physical therapy. She was never getting her meds on time. And Because of the virus I was unable to see my mom and help her though such a difficult time. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
Staff ranges from attentive to careless. Their punctuality for administering medication is very poor. A shot my father needed after a knee replacement every hour would be given anywhere between an hour and a half to three hours later.
They just don't care about patients worst care they ignored patients wow
I WOULD NOT EVER SEND MY HUSBAND ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS FACILITY OFFERS THE BEST CARE OF ANY SUBACUTE.
Clean! Caring staff. Great showers. Good activities. Good care. Warm atmosphere
Staff is attentive, although I've heard the food isn't so up to par.
