I am unsure where to begin. This is by far the worst vet I have ever been to in my entire life. I took my dog in for an ear infection they tried to charge me over $500 for an ear cleaning, and some antibiotics I was told by the front desk that the ointment and the ear cleaning they will do should clear up his ear infection, and he should be fine and that it’s not really necessary for all The extra ointments it’s just for an extra precaution if I wanted it, so I declined any other extra precaution, and just went for the ear cleaning and the ointment they Put in his ears and said that it should be clear within a week from now his ears were fine then he got an ear infection again, two weeks ago and I was requesting antibiotics Doctor said that he will clean my dogs ear for free, and that antibiotics are not necessary. My parents took my dog in to get cleaning. And the doctor was absolutely awful, and pretty much told my parents that my business is not welcomed at his clinic anymore. They gave my parents his records to take to a new vet. He is beyond unprofessional, doesn’t seem Like he cares for his clients very much nor their pets. The only reason this business is still running, is because the receptionist are very kind and respectful compared to him. He has no bedside manner save yourself some time and money, and do not go to this place! Not to mention, they charged me for a phone call to schedule a appointment for my dog to come in. And if you see this doctor I hope you know your business is not worth a single buck of mine as you can tell there are many people on here writing, very similar reviews as I am I think it’s time you learn how to be more kinder to your clients!

My 4 month old puppy got into some aspirin last week around 10pm and I called to make sure that A: I should bring her in and B: they were able to take me right away because this was in fact an emergency situation. The guy I spoke to on the phone wasn’t the friendliest but he wasn't like actually mean just very direct which can be off-putting when you’re a panicked pet parent. So anyway I show up a bit frantic and the vet tech who was working front desk named Amanda was the sweetest thing on the planet! She was very understanding and great at small talk sure but when she took me and my pup to the exam room and did the standard tech stuff before the vet came in, she explained everything she was doing and had amazing bedside manner not only when it came to my pup but also with us! The vet was also nice don’t get me wrong but Amanda took time to make sure I was comfortable and my little pup was as well. (: the only reason I’m knocking a star off is because the price was a little on the hefty side. Their consultation fee was the only part that was a little annoying. But I really did have a decent experience considering the situation. If you are ever in need of a late night emergency vet this is the place to go. Giving one star is already giving too much. This place really doesn’t not care for the animals they take in and lack communication! It makes sense that multiple reviewer’s poor pets are being lost after visiting here. I would beware and stay away from this place if you care about the livelihood of your pet (s)!

Will kill your animal and give them the wrong meds. Will charge u just to breathe. AVIOD THIS PLACE!

While i was entering this place i passed a woman screaming “i wouldn’t take my pet rock to this place. ” I feel the same way after how i was treated. No compassion. It felt very “give us the money and leave us alone. ” Even in my situation where my dog needed stomach surgery. I got her out of there as soon as i could. Humble opinion, steer clear.

This place is HORRIBLE AND NEGLIGENT! Never take your pet here.they will charge you a bunch of $$$$ just to have you pet die.go anywhere else.

I came to this hospital on October 1,2023, at 11: 39 PM. I was surprised at how small and dirty this hospital is after sitting in a room for a while and hearing all this noise and banging it was very very disruptive and not calm Dr. Mohammed, GURMANI came into the room and asked to see my dog’s rash. I pick up my dog to show him the rash on his belly. The doctor never touched my dog. He started writing out a ton of medication that he was going to give my dog without ever physically doing an exam he never listened to his heart he never checked any other areas of my dog to check for distress or discomfort, the source of anything he never asked me any questions. Hidden said a technician would be in to give me an estimate to leave the room. A technician comes in to tell me how much everything‘s gonna cost and all the different medications. He wants to put my dog on. I immediately told him I was leaving because this did not seem correct. I am forced to pay the $75 examination fee when he never examined my dog. He then comes out to the front desk where I’m at and says come back to the room examine him. I told him no I didn’t feel comfortable with him, attempting to treat my dog. I paid them the money and I left and went to a different veterinary hospital where he was actually treated, and was only given one medication which is Benadryl, and not the other things I was recommended by him. I called the animal hospital today asking them for a refund. I spoke to the office manager Darren he said they would not be able to give me a refund. I let him know that I would be contacting the state of California to file a complaint against the doctor’s license and the business I would also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and leaving them reviews as to what I am doing now. This vet seems completely incompetent scared of animals and uninterested in doing anything other than upcharging you for medication and services that are not necessary for your pet once you walk in the door and you see how small it is and you see all of the young children working here and how unprofessional they are and how dirty it is, you will immediately see you need to turn around and find a more qualified establishment.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I found a severely injured dog and took it there. Their quote was over 700.00 to put this dog out of its misery. When I couldn’t pay that amount, they sent me and the dog on our way. Disgusting.

I took my dog, pit bull, because she was having trouble walking. Her back legs were a real problem and would not move properly. They kept her there and did X-rays and blood work. It ends up she has hip displasia. They gave her a shot for pain and pain medication to take home and give her daily. The doctor was very informative and caring to both me and my dog. He explained things to me and really understood that my dog was like my child. I will be recommending them in the future and returning with my pets.

The best doctor I ever had he gave my cold stricken kitten a shot and within a day she was back to her old self he also took care of my German Shepherd he gave the dog a shot she was good no earache for six months only down side sometimes when I called the recording wasn’t set up so I couldn’t leave my message he’s got to get the phones checked but I give Dr G an a plus

They ere super great and didn't charge a fortune to see my older chihuahua who was having an emergency with her breathing at 10PM on a Saturday. Sadly she didn't make it, but they were incredibly professional with helping us with the final process of memorializing her. They're aren't truly 24/7, but their hours extend to 1am almost every day. Appreciate the whole staff immensely in their compassion and professionalism.

Do not take sick pets here, they do not how to diagnose and will not take proper exams.
My kitten only received an x ray instead of a infrasound, the vet did not know what was wrong and overcharged me. I will sue for negligence for improper diagnostics.

Rosa was very nice and patient with us. She showed a lot of compassion for us and helped us return our dog back to her normal state. She’s very happy and so are we!

I give Brian and Rosa 10 stars! They deserve to work at much higher places and may God give them that chance to do so

However, Zack needs to be demoted to nothing
Horrible customer service from him.
Whoever hired him needs to reassess Zack and themselves for bringing him in the clinic

Overall I can’t say my experience was good or bad as my dog died less than 24 hours of being at the clinic, no fault of the clinics they did what they could to help me, my dog was sick…… rip……

But when going to a clinic you need to at least feel like you and your pet matter
This was not the case here SADLY!

Also I started reading all the reviews before I write mine and whoever is responding to the reviews of you have any business etiquette you would definitely reassess yourself and your reply’s

If I can give no stars I would worst place in the dam world bad customer service bad doctors bad everything never take ur pets here at all

Above and beyond.they saved my guys life. Shout out to Brianna (spelling) for recommending this place. Literally saved my dogs life.
