Obviously a good team building event and venue. Service is good. Food/Drinks passable but a tad expensive. Corporate outing venue.

Horrible experience with a bartender (Andrew D i believe) didn’t let me order a drink because i said i had a bay when i meant i was waiting for the bay. He still denied us service regardless of the misunderstanding.a manager named bryan didn’t do anything. Disappointed because i was looking forward to a great night.

We came here to celebrate our friends’ engagement party. This is such a great place to host special events! It’s a mix of indoor and outdoor activity, chill, good food, great service, comfy seats, and not too loud so you can still talk.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun event.

The service is good, especially at the bar. It sucks that the golfing is timed, no time to relax unless you keep paying.

Birthdays parties for old men! It’s like Chuck E. Cheese for a little kid here! You can have your own waitress and laugh, golf, eat, drink and relax with friends. We have done birthdays for grown men for their birthday parties and my 12 year old was just recently invited here for a teen party. The drink menu is good, lots of snacks and food. It’s easy, great price, fun and convenient. All the bay things you need for a party. There is plenty of parking for a large crowd, and they accommodated large parties

Terrible service from multiple staff members. I ordered appetizers as soon as we got our bay setup. So approximately 5 minutes after our timer started. After about 15 minutes I asked them what's taking so long and they told me a few more minutes. It is now at the 30 minutes left in our reservation and I asked again and they said the kitchen is just slow. 15 minutes left in our reservation I grab the guy who brought our drinks and asked once again where is my food. He says it should be on the way then I ask him to check and he says no one put it in. I am like dude 3 of you said it was almost ready and now you are saying it was never in the system. So they don't even care to bring me my food or accommodate me. All they ask is if I want more time on my reservation. I looked and was like are you serious. I just left and probably won't go back to this top golf again. Just terrible service.

A fun outdoor golfing adventure. There are several levels of bays for groups to hit balls from. There are many different games to play to keep players interested! We enjoyed the Angry Birds! No real experience needed! There is food service brought to the table area. Food was good. Standard options like pulled pork sliders, chicken sandwich, chicken wings. We also got the injection donut holes for dessert. There was also a full bar. Service was ok. Server seemed to have a lot of groups to cover so they didn’t come back very often. You can see Levi Stadium and we saw all the fireworks and jets fly over prior to kickoff! It was difficult to see some of the screens because of the time of day. Probably better in the evening or night.

Car was broken into and security failed to inform anyone, then we asked for camera footage and was told no due to private reasons? Believe security had something to do with it because shortly after tall dark skin head security approached a black charger and that Dodge Charger took off really fast. All he had to say was “this always happens when you have a nice car”
We were in a 2020 Lexus IS 300
What kind of responses was that?
Over all loss was about $1600 in property taken and about $1000 damage to the car.
Never again!

Rude service, you can't have a beer without the server calling your friend a "drunk" other then not being able not have a good time this place would of been fun honestly never going to come back.

Place is pretty cool. A little pricey for golf, but not bad for the experience. Service is good and food is Great! Would recommend.

Reservation at 9: 15p. Showed up at 9: 35p because of a CalTrain delay. Both corporate AND front desk said "no problem, your lane can be extended.just talk to your host (ess). " She told us "no prob, 2 hrs past when you show up [which would be 11: 35p] will be your check out. " At 11: 00p our hostess told us we had 10min left. No budging. Her manager (ERNESTO.loser) claimed policy stated they CANNOT extend us. No one was booked for the remaining 45 min between our actual reservation end (11: 15p) and close, so what's the big deal to extend us 20 min? Ernesto kept interrupting us stating "there's nothing I'm gonna do for you.that's our policy". Guy was a total robot. Not even 5 min later our server comes in the middle of our game and SHUTS IT DOWN without even saying anything to us (my buddy was mid swing with two swings left in our game). Then ERNESTO'S manager got involved. Guy was nicer but still wouldn't help us out (and by the time we got done explaining our situation, it was about closing time). Offered us $15 off our next visit. I told him that wasn't helpful as I'd never be coming back to Top Golf and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I'd ever had.

TL;DR EXTREMELY poor customer service, rude condescending managerial staff, totally ruined our holiday work outing. Wouldn't recommend Top Golf to my worst enemy. For what we paid, we could've played Half Moon Bay, had a top shelf experience, and been treated much better. AVOID.

Absolutely loved my trip here! I’ve never golfed before today but I had such a fun time with my dad who is visiting from out of town. Our bay attendant was super nice and quick to help with any drink refills or questions that we had. I will definitely be returning!

Went to charge my vehicle at this location and I was harassed by their security. I was in the middle of sending an email when the security guard approached me in my vehicle. He asked me to show him an email that I had appointment. I told him that I was just going in and didn't have an appointment.

My daughter and I walked inside and I bought a beer and played a quick game of foosball with her. I noticed that the security guard followed us inside to see what we were doing. He even had someone else check up on us.

After finishing my glass of beer, we left and unplugged my vehicle (about 30 mins). The security guard then waived me down as I was leaving so I pulled up beside him. He told me that I mentioned to him that I had an appointment and I immediately told him that I never said such a thing and I told him that I was just going to walk inside and that he should get his story straight and not lie about it.

The director of operations then approached us and jumped into the conversation. He then said that in order to use the charger then one must be a patron of their establishment. I did inform him that I was indeed a patron as I went inside and bought a beer. He then rudely told me that, "we (Top Golf) do not consider buying a beverage a patron of their establishment". I then asked him if buying a beer at their establishment is considered a patron in legal terms but he refused to answer that question and instead repeated that, "we don't consider that a patron".

I then asked him if they had signs posted that the charging stations are for customers only and he replied, "we don't need a sign posted and we already informed you verbally". I told him that you need a sign to inform people that the charging stations are for customers only and that they cannot just have cars towed. He then referenced a sign that they can have cars towed but it does not say anything about using a free charger from Volta that he claims are for customers only. And from his previous statement, buying food or beverage does not make one a customer unless you play golf there. The statement from the director of operations seems quite selective as he seems to pick and choose who he'll consider as a patron of their establishment.

I believe Volta pays them a fee to have their charging stations located at their establishment and the establishment hopes that this benefits them by enticing people that uses these charging stations to go and spend money at their establishment. Now this not give the staff of the establishment to harass people using these charging stations especially if they are indeed a patron no matter how little or a lot they spend. It does not give them a right to harass anyone no matter what especially that they are getting paid by Volta to have the charging stations located there. Volta gets paid via advertisements on their charging stations and use this to pay the establishment. This does not give Top Golf the right to harass people that are peacefully charging their vehicle!

Service was absolutely terrible, staff are rude and argumentative, will never be coming back. Complained to the manager and all she could do is apologize, which she still didn’t resolve the issue.
