We bought a Hyundai Elantra from Topline in June and had a very pleasant experience. Ethan worked with us, answered all our questions, was kind enough to take the car to a mechanic nearby, and we drove the car out of the lot in a day. Thanks Ethan.
Zero stars if I could. I’m very disappointed that a business owner would make me feel robbed of $250. I had to pay a total of $409 when I was supposed to only pay $160. He doesn’t just sell cars, he’s a cargo van lender for a company called Fluid. He overcharged me, I was confused why cuz I’ve been renting for fluid for over a year and he’s the FIRST to charge me so much extra! AND he didn’t even want to communicate with me about why I was over charged. I had receipts and he dodged my texts. I’m outraged because for me… that $250 was for me to go back home and see my family that I haven’t seen in a year. He’s a scam business owner who doesn't care once he gets his money. You as a customer doesn’t matter to him, him profiting as much as he can off you is the only thing he cares about. So good luck! Take your chances if you go to his dealership or use him as a lender. I wouldn’t risk the money if I were you tho.
