Love their collection. I bought a couple of things from this store 5 years ago and still use them. Looking forward to visit this store when I’m Santa Cruz California.

Manager Stuart is so helpful! He helped me surprise my husband with a new Espresso maker. It was the last one in stock and he held it for me for two days, then distracted my husband in the store while I paid for it. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they have wonderful products (and sale items).

Wonderful shop with just about everything you would need for cooking or baking. Nice and helpful employees that make the experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable! Love this store!

Amazing selection, good customer service, and kinda’ high prices for what are, admittedly, high quality items. We stop in often and purchase almost as often.

Didn’t appreciate being watched like I was going to steal
Yes Santa Cruz has a lot of tweaks but I don’t appreciate being watched and asked a 1,999 times if I need help.
Hire someone to be security surely with your high priced products you can afford to get surveillance equipment or under cover rent a cops
Totally felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Will be a Long time before I go into your store again.
I try to shop local but will definitely reconsider patronizing this place
Will seek out other places where one isn’t disrespected

Quite possibly the best Customer Service experience I have ever had! Had an issue with a one of my La Chamba cookware pieces, Ok, I dropped and broke the lid into a zillion pieces. I contacted Toque Blanche and they went out of their way to forward me to a contact at the factory where they item was replaced! No charge, just paid a nominal shipping fee from Santa Cruz to Socal. Reps from both divisions were super friendly and knowledgeable, especially "Sean" from La Chamba imports. Will continue adding to my La Chamba cookware from Toque Blanche, they definitely take care of your needs and back up their products!
