Absolutely the worst! None of these reviews are real except the negative one. I lived in one of their buildings and they neglected it so badly that it had to be shut down for “substantial repairs”. They are slumlords. The will tell you want you want to hear and then neglect you with no regard for your health, safety, or well-being! Please live anywhere else.

By far the best Property Management Company I have ever experienced. They care about their landlords needs and the renters needs. I will tell anyone I talk to to go to Torrente Property Management to sign up if they are a landlord or if they want to rent. 5 's all around!

Edit: Felt very tricked by this company. I was blamed for things upon moving out that I had complained about and no one would fix. The company then kicked everyone out and used the state covid payments they had just received from us all to renovate our units and are going to rent them to new tenants for more money without having to slowly raise our rents. I was locked out before I could clean and charged for it from my deposit. My family was exposed to things we should not have been, and no one at Torrente cared.

Working with Torrente Property Management has been a positive experience. I highly recommend using them if you’re a property owner or a renter.
