Torrey pines is an exceptional choice when it comes to deciding where to treat yourself to some much needed self-care. The place was very clean and relaxing. I was able to let go of my worries and stress. Abby was very professional and I left there feeling relaxed. I knew it was good, as I flew back to Hawaii and felt energetic for weeks and I felt my muscles were looser and felt my body more flexible. I am totally not a rater unless it was well deserved and here I am 2 weeks after. I would for sure recommend

Had an excellent massage with Abby! When I entered the office, it was clean and quite nice. When she greeted me, Abby asked about my problem spots and during the massage, focused on them, working out the pains and stiffness. Overall, I highly recommend her services!

The best massage i have ever gotten! Ive been to many places in San Diego. I’ve traveled and got massages in places like Bali. Nothing compares. I came in with a stiff neck and knots all over. She listened to my body and personalized the massage to address and cure all my issues. Absolutely amazing! This was my first time to Torrey Pines Thai Massage and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. I had been in need of a deep tissue massage for my back and shoulders due to stress and my active lifestyle. After an hour long massage by Abby who listened to my concerns and asked me several times if the pressure was okay and adjusted accordingly so, I felt so relieved and relaxed thereafter. Abby is THE BEST masseuse and I’ve been getting holistic massages since I was in high school. She literally has the best transitions between moves, and what I mean by that is she does NOT mindlessly or robotically massage. She is intentional in her multi-faceted technique, always checking on the pressure, understands what your body needs.
