This company is one of the worst in San Diego. I wish I could select zero stars.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I made a reservation the the price they charged was very different than website quote so I cancelled right away. They didn't send the refund out for 2 WEEKS! I had to email them about 6 x. They sent it out so late that the card that it was to go back to was closed. I notified them of this immediately with no responses. I finally said I need a new refund issued as a check and they said well " when the President with no name comes back into.the country" he will look into it.no date or timing. To make matters worse the man whom I spoke was very rude, talked over me the whole time then hung up on me!

I needed a reliable ride to the airport during rush hour and this exceeded all my expectations! I scheduled the ride and was given a confirmation at the time and then an update as soon as my driver was on the way. The direct texting makes it so much easier - especially during the hectic time when getting ready to leave for a trip. My driver, Kevin, felt SOO much more professional than Lyft or Uber drivers - he was dressed up, helped with baggage, and made the ride very comfortable. Apparently Teslas and electric vehicles are pretty standard when booking with this company as they are moving toward all electric - another reason to choose their services! If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable, and hassle free ride this is by far the best I’ve found.
