Super nice ladies who were very complimentary. Very helpful and ensured we got the most value for our dollar. Took full advantage of the torrid cash my wife earned.

Staff at this location is always friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities! I never feel rushed or hovered over by associate, any more than what is necessary. Selection here is good, it's a fair sized store with a good diversity. Clothes shoes, accessories, you name it, they probably have it!

I'm usually indifferent about going in to this store because it always seems like you can't get help when you need a room but the Ontario location was great! The staff was super friendly, attentive, and worked diligently with me until I found the perfect size. I'm so glad I went to Ontario instead of San Bernardino!

This is a nice store. Love the stuff they have except It seems that their is more to choose from if you shop online.

You walk into a beautiful store and get the best customer service Ever! Super helpful and willing to help. My mother had a time in the fitting room.she enjoyed herself and was made to feel comfortable. Thank you Ray, The fitting room attendant greeted us helped on the sales floor and gave us the room to shop. Mom scored!

Love it.came out with alot more then I planned. Surprisingly it was alot cheaper then expected.

Came here looking for bras. They don't have much of a selection & the workers werent very helpful.

The staff is very friendly. And the store is well maintained. Their clearance section is way smaller than other stores though. Really wish Torrid would go back toward the pinup and rock-a-billy styles though. It's too similar to Lane Bryant in a lot of ways.

Spectacular experience! The 2 employees working were so gracious and accommodating! The clothes and shoes are so pretty and come in larger sizes.

I absolutely love this store! Come on they put a fan in the dressing room.they know whats up lol. Their employees are kind and extremely helpful! This will be the only store for me! Ohhh and their clothing selection is aaaaamazing! Love it!

We love this store for anyone who is 1x and above. They are pricey, but good quality. I love their sales sooo much. We bought our swim suits there and I love n mine. Wide variety of choices. Friendly staff who is ready to help with any thing you need. Try them out.

Love at first sight! This store has great products and good deals especially for memebers. Multiple sizes for slightly plush women to larger robust women. Their selection is a rather wide variety and very stylish so you can stay up with the fashionable times. The employees have always been more helpful and will do their best to help you find your size. I say you can't spell fabulous without a little fat; this store is definitely where it's at. Wear what you want and slay as they say too.

I love torrid BUT I HATE THIS ONE! The
Staff accuse me and my friend of stealing. Then she took away the shirt I was trying on, how rude is that and on top of that one of the girls working there kept on giving my friend dirty looks. Smh I been a customer at this torrid for a long time. They just lost some customers. Never buying at this torrid ever again! I wish I could give zero stars.
