Torrid, Glendale CA

Love the selection of bras. Having a big bust makes it difficult to find bras. The selection at Torid is great, with different styles and designs to choose from.

One of my go to places for plus size clothing. The staff here are frequently friendly and helpful with finding certain items I'm shopping for.

The employees are always welcoming and helpful. If they don't have it in store they want to help you find it. I keep coming back to this store even though there are larger Torrid stores because the customer service is so great here.

When I walked in two of the workers just looked at me-didn't even greet me- didn't say hello; I had to say hi to them first. Then I asked about some pants and they directed me to where the pants were and then when other customers came in, they offered them the Torrid discount of the day/week, but didn't me. Bias!

I've always come to Torrid for the Shoes. They are one of the best places for larger sized shows. The clothes are NOT flattering for Plus sized women. Many of the outfits have patterns (stripes & Polka dots) that just aren't flattering on a larger figure. There are SOME decent blouses but when you see the cost of almost $50 for a simple tank it just isn't worth it. This store takes advantage of women who cannot find their sizes elsewhere. They charge ridiculous prices for basic clothes just because they know these ladies will just buy it because it's hard to find in other stores. I'm ok with spending the money on the shoes when they are on sale because they are actually made very well.but the clothes are too basic for the price. If you want a pair of jeans with a matching top you ate for sure paying more than $100. The women that work here are all very kind and helpful. They offer help and they offer to get a fitting room rift away for you. They are very attentive.

I love the team here. The staff is like my extended family. Always so sweet and helpful and I shop so frequently they know my style already. They know what I will like and what I wouldn't like. I wish they had more grown and sexy date night options but I see they are working on it. I'm kind of over the cold shoulder, skull and floral prints.

Besides being the only torrid store close to me. This is the only store i go to and i will drive out to. The sales associates here are so nice and very helpful. They actually tell you their honest opinion about big girl clothes and their suggestions are really good. Thank you for being awesome and making me feel i am shopping with friends

Very friendly staff, I have came here twice in a year to exchange or return pants that didn't fit my teen daughter well and the staff have always been very supportive and caring to my daughter as well as my self as her dad. It feels very nice to walk into a store where you don't have to be looked at like some creepy guy in the woman's clothing section lol! I go through this all the time at other stores when I shop with my daughter who is on the Autism spectrum. At Torrid I don't feel like that at all and as a father who is simply trying to be there for his daughter even for clothing shopping, this is something I always look forward to coming to shop here. If you even want to shop somewhere where you won't be judge by how you look? This is the place!

Hope they get more merchandise in (now that face/band will be lifted). And that dressing rooms will be available?

I love Torrid! Love the clothes and the staff is so helpful and attentive. I wish this location was better stocked but the staff helped me find what I needed and ordered it for me.

So this is like my second yelp review ever but I felt compelled because this was one of the best shopping experiences of my life.

I felt welcome by the staff members. They were very helpful in helping me find the perfect pair of jeans and dressy pants for a work event at my job. The quality of the merchandise is excellent this is my 2nd time shopping there and it won't be my last eitherkeep up the great work ladies.

I appreciate Torrid. It it a very welcoming, clean, non-judgemental retail store. The staff has always been helpful and nice. My only issue with the Torrid is that the prices are very high for many items that are not necessarily the highest quality of fabric. The clearance area has fairly good deals so long as you have time to sort through everything.
