It is Christmas time so when you place an order on the 13th don't expect it until the 24th. Not acceptable. Should have arrived today.

I love Torrid. Its a clothing shop that makes me feel very comfortable and fashionable. I love flipping through the catalogs they send in the mail, I always find great inspiration for outfits, and overall I feel very confident. I just thought it was a little weird seeing a non-plus sized women working behind the counter. Im sure she was a good girl, just didnt belong.

Tried exchange item that had a hole.that I bought last week.waited half hour for girl to do even exchange

Good service. Good sales. Over all liked my time here today. The ladies that worked there were very helpful and kept checking to see if I needed.

Pretty outfits, in all sizes (even my, "Curvy! "). Nice little store, & helpful sales staff!
I'm in shock still, over some of items' prices in there! (Just some.) "Basic elements/pieces" for outfits, are very high $ for what it is. A VERY Simple, white, spaghetti-strap top = $42+ (? !) Wow!
I do like the clothing in Torrid that "rocks" & is a little different tho! That's worth paying more $ for, "that look".

Not what they used to be, I would always go there for a sexy outfit for my size, but something changed, and now, the sexy but classy motif has changed, don't shop there anymore.

Pricey.but what isn't these dsys.
Cute clothes for dressing up or casual.
I really like the size selection also the fun styles.

My closet is full of Torrid clothes.
I've shopped at Torrid since I was In
a size 2. Now I wear size 00 and still shop at Torrid. I love their style.
