Tory Burch Outlet, Ontario CA

OBSURD you have to wait in line to return something! If you need to pick up or return, you should be able to walk right in like other retailers in Ontario Mills. Do better! O

Every time I come to this Tory Burch Location, I have a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I come here because It’s the closest to me. They’re absolutely hostile and unwelcoming. Not to mention that they judge you from head to toes as soon as you walk in.
I went yesterday and they greeted and helped selective individuals. Several employees passed by and didn’t bother to greet me or ask me if I was finding everything okay as per usual in many stores. Especially an older female Asian lady who kept following me around the store and not in a good way. I walked out without double thinking it. Harassment at its finest.

Previously, I had gone with a friend and were looking around. When we were ready, we asked for a particular size since they skipped us and wouldn’t assist us. They proceeded to say “okay but this item is worth $$$. We have our discounted items over there. Are you sure you want to purchase these? ” Uhm we never asked for the price ma’am, we asked for the size… Completely in disbelief for the second hand embarrassment, uncomfortableness and sour taste it left in our mouths due to the judgement. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but clearly it was a mistake.

I’m so disappointed, do better. You never know who is in the room and quit the stereotypes/ judgements! Have courtesy and better customer service.

So when its anniversary time or brithday time or your looking for a gift for any event, this place has very decent prices to give your special person a very nice treat!

Definitely not as hurtful in the pocket as LV but still a very decent Brand/gift. Associates are friendly and most of them were very helpful and willing to help!

Very close to the mall entrance, good selection of tory burch items though some items were out of stock. The ontario mills mall is meh, vastly needs infrastructure improvement, way too hot for being an indoor mall. Tory burch was nice and cool with a ton of comfy seating.

You need to check the product before purchase! They have many defective items! It could be due to mishandling the product as many stores do, or it's defective from the manufacturer! Some of their staff lack courtesy with customers!

Been to this location several times, and I’ve always received immediate service. The representatives have excellent customer service. They are approachable, friendly, and attentive.

Line to get in went smoothly and took about 20 or so minutes to get in and shop. Employees are helpful and kind.

Horrible customer service, took the wife but after waiting for 20 minutes to try on a shoe we just left

My wife and I really enjoyed the last saturday going to the outlets stores and found super sales at the coach store.

It has good specials and good discounts, the friendly girls and more those who speak Spanish

I m really dissatisfied with this brand. It’s not worth it to spend so much money. Look at the picture. I bought the flippers worth $214 and it’s been only 5/6 days and it’s already in bad condition.actually I bought it from nordstrom.

Very expensive product with so/so quality. Worse still is the carefree attitude of shop attendants.unlikely will shop again there

I love this store but this month they have nothing I like personal. They have a Alicante in wonderland theme going on some bags fall colors. Just didn't like the styles. Prices are great like always

I love Tory Burch, & I understand outlets dont have the new stuff, but I am kinda disappointed I dont ever find anything that sticks out to me ‍️

Couldn't convince her to get the purse even though i was gifting her smh.nothing in here for us fellaz but plenty for her.great customer service and priced right, considering
