Great experience from start to finish! I was greeted in a welcoming and caring manner and everyone kept that same energy. Looking fwd to future visits and care.

If i could give the customer service desk of Emeryville location minus stars I would. The girl sitting at the customer desk is disrespectful with terrible attitude. I’ve noticed I’ve compliant about the same behaviour before and no action was taken from you.that’s it Total health I will not be back.

I haven’t been to the dentist in so long- pre pandemic forsure.
I had a filling come out, and turns out it was half my tooth so I needed a root canal done/a deep cleaning.

Found them online and it was actually easy to book! They do work with insurance as well, and do payment plans also!
The tooth cleaning was sooo flawless. Iris the best! Environment was so friendly, from the reception to the music. I will definitely be coming back!

They are friendly, listen well, and do a great job taking care of my teeth. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers feel comfortable. I was cold in the chair and they gave me a blanket! I highly recommend them!

Giving this place two stars because I feel like the staff has been very nice but every experience I've had here has been bad. The first time I came in for a crown and the crown did not even fit so the dentist had to put back my temporary crown until the next appointment. I was already numb and had the temporary crown taken off when the new permanent crown didn't even fit. This experience was more like a 3/5 since my dentist was really nice and apologetic but what really put me off was the second cleaning visit that I had. I was told during this cleaning that I had 3 cavities, was quoted 1K for it even after my insurance, and it was the most painful cleaning I have ever had. I went to get a second opinion from another dentist and they checked the same tooth numbers that I was quoted for having cavities and I had NONE. Would give this place a one but to be honest the staff was nice.just suspicious.

The team is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist Iris is extremely thorough and considerate, both my daughter and I have received her wonderful cleanings. I appreciate the education provided along the way to empower good dental hygiene in between visits. The dental exam was also informative, with plenty of space to ask questions and express any concerns. Would highly recommend the Emeryville office!

I absolutely love the staff here! Iris is by far the best hygienist I've ever seen! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else! The Dentist is so kind and helped me understand my situation and their resolution to my problem. Very easy to make appointments. Highly recommend!

I had my second cleaning appointment with Iris today. She is great, very patient and professional. My teeth are clean, bright, and white again. I'm happy with the service and will definitely come back.

Iris at the Emeryville office is an excellent hygienist and makes my trips to the dentist much less stressful, I actually look forward to seeing her! She’s incredibly sweet and walks me through everything that’s going on with my teeth and the procedure. The rest of the staff is great as well, been going there for a couple years now.

5 star experience. Everything is explained to you from beginning of appointment to end. I especially love that they’re a holistic establishment. Every encounter I’ve had so far from the receptionists to the dentists and hygienists has been wonderful. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new dentist.
