Poor customer service and poor communication. Dismissive when you finally do get through to someone - " this is how we always do it". The total waste of a work day waiting for a delivery that never came. I reached out in the middle of the day to confirm their ETA and still no delivery. No call. No update. No nothing.

I have never in my like experience any service as rude and unreliable as possible. They were planned to come bye 10-2. After calling they reported that they were actually coming at 4. They called when they got here, no I am on the way call which is standard in that business. That’s is not a big deal but when I came down, the person saw me, I said hello multiple times then wrote something on his paper, got in his car as if I didn’t say anything and left. I couldn’t believe it. Literally. Work with this company at your own risk.

Thanks for bringing it up the driveway. I know it's probably not recommended but u saved us like 3 hours and a possible hurt back so we're really grateful

Good-ish rates if they don't get you with any bogus fees. Nice ladies on customer service (sometimes). Terribly rude/mean delivery drivers. Long wait times on hold, just to see if your deliveries will arrive at all.

Poor management, parking lot is dirty and bathrooms are dirty and warehouse is dirty and don’t fix the forklift and fire very easy

Supervisor is nice guy.
5 hours to load.
Clean restrooms.
Not enough place for u turn for OTR if there r trailers but
Enough place for backing up.

Update 6/15/21 manager contacted me after reading an email I sent and had his sales manager deliver package with his personal truck the morning of 6/15. Later also called and told me they would not charge for the delivery due to the sircumstances. I feel better about the situation but don't know if I would have the same result had I not spend multiple hours calling getting names and emailing managers. I will change my rating from 1 star to 3

I AM OPEN TO ANYONE IN THE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! FEEL FREE TO REPLY AND CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THIS PLACE.
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with shipping. They moved my delivery date without notification and 3x and I've wasted countless hours waiting on them. They never answer the phone (customer service) or (managers) they have moved my delivery day 3x and not a singe attempt has been made. Dispatch Manager (Roman) guaranteed me the employees would make a "late delivery" to be at my door by 5pm but no one shows! I call his desk a coworker tells me that he left for the day. This company is embarrassing and no one should have to deal with deliveries at their convenience. Avoid this place at all cost.

Great company to work with. Not only are they punctual, the driver was friendly & extremely helpful. Would definitely work with them again

I AM GIVING TOTAL TRUCKING ONE STAR BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE AND SOME OF ITS DRIVERS ARE DISHONEST. THEY WILL SWEAR THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERED.i AM NOT SURE WHY ULINE KEEPS USING THIS COMPANY.

Changing my review to four stars. A young man reached out to me when he caught wind of my original review. He called me and said he would deliver my package personally as soon as possible. Although he was not able to deliver it personally due to the fact that my package was so heavy and required a forklift, he did have someone from their team deliver it as soon as possible as he promised. We started off rocky but ended on a good note. To whoever I spoke with and made this happen thank you I really appreciate it.

They scheduled a delivery, waited all day, NO SHOW. Called to be placed on hold for 45 minutes. Horrible customer service!
