Jim, I can’t thank you enough, for assisting me with my online order. I added an item to my original order, which created a second order. Thank you so much Jim, for your “expertise” and knowledge in knowing total wine & more’s computer system so well, in correcting my delivery orders! You even took the time, while helping other employees as well as in store customers, to correct the problem, I made, and then called me back to assure me my order was now correct. Non alcoholic wine? How they do it blows my mind. But its sold here. Along with TONs of Alcoholic drinks to select from.

This place is awesome, had everything I was looking for and the staff approached me to offer help and shopped with me to find everything I wanted. Super helpful.

We always like going to Total Wine but this particular location seems to not carry some stuff that it should. They should have a little bigger variety like other stores do.

I love this place, staff always asked if I need anything and there selection is fantastic.

I went in with my significant other do purchase a gift for a friend. “Deb” at the front register was rude and looked at us and said “Well we require both ID’s if you come in with a group”. I didn’t have my purse on me as this was just a quick run into the store. We simply said “oh we didn’t realize that. ” and then she started in about “Well it’s company policy and they never should’ve let you purchase from here before” (we’ve never been to a Total Wine before). I have no issue with the policy, however the attitude was completely unacceptable, as we didn’t argue or try to get around it. We simply said okay and went to leave and she wouldn’t let up about it.
I did ask her to pass on my thoughts to management that they should make sure it’s on their website and I made sure to even tell her that it was nothing to do with her but it should be clearly posted so potential buyers know. She was extremely rude and they’ve lost my business all together.

Great selection of Belgian ales and cigars. I wish the individual bottle aisle for beer was a little more organized. A lot of empty spots on the shelves and sometimes a little hectic with organization and trying to find certain beers.

Top Store. Even for a beer enthusiast like me the selection of craft beers is simply overwhelming. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Can only recommend it!

Prefer Total Wine and More over BevMo. Better prices and bigger selection. Customer service has always been wonderful!
