Tower Clock Shop fixed my mantle clock. The staff was very helpful, explaining the workings of my clock. And they guaranteed their work for a year!
However, I took my tall clock in for a cleaning, and it chimed poorly for the next two years until I took it to Clock Specialties who fixed it.
They fixed and adjusted our grandfather clock. It works perfectly. NOBODY else would do it. It is a family heirloom and means alot to my wife. Her parents passed it on to us.

Grandfathers, Pocketwatches, Mantels, Regulators, 1 of a Kinds, French Balloon clocks with Onyx & Marble and more. Repairs are done on site by owners with over 60 years combined experience. Friendly, helpful and best of all knowledgeable in a way that comes from a lifetime of loving clocks. I can't say enough good things about this business!
Dude was kinda rude, but the lady made up for it by explaining the process of what to expect why he couldn't give me an estimate to repair my $700 watch.
Stopped in to get some clock oil. Not only did I get the clock oil, but I was give a much appreciated tutorial on how to oil my clock.
