16Gabriel is awesome! He has been at the towers for as long as I can remember. He is committed to the tenants here, and is a quick problem solver. I have gotten to know him over the years, he’s a kind and sincere person who is truly here to help to the tenants needs no matter how silly or minor they are. He takes them with the most seriousness and professionalism.
I’m a new resident here in the community and I’ve never experienced such a quick response to a maintenance request before. Hector was not only quick and efficient in fixing my refrigerator, but he was also kind and friendly. He had initially came for one service request, but he ended up helping me with other requests as well. If this is a foreshadowing of how the team is, I’ve made a great decision in joining this community.
Maintenance here is amazing! I believe a Gabriel came through tonight on the night of the Hilary Hurricane and fixed our nearly flooded balcony so quickly! And in general, maintenance always works hard to fix your problem. One of my favorite aspects about living here.

The maintenance is quick and immediate. They resolve service requests super quick and hector a d other team has been great in such assistance.
In less than 3 hours after I submitted my maintenance request, Hector on the maintenance team came by and completed the adjustment of the pendant light that has been set too low. The work was done nicely and quickly.
I have been living in costa verde community for over 2 years and Albert Casto helped me multiple times. He is always nice, has positive attitude and the most, he has fox anything and everything very fast. He is very good handyman and Maintenece person to have in any organization. I am glad to know Albert and appreciated for everything he has done for me.

Gabriel was very respectful, friendly, and efficient! While the initial maintenance order was for one particular appliance, he noticed that a different door needed repair, and so he fixed that as well. He went above and beyond!

I would like to compliment Juan and the entire maintenance staff—Lai, Oscar, Kenny, Hector, Jesus, Gabriel, Eduardo, Franco and anyone I might have left out. I’ve lived here for almost 18 years, so I know the employees at the Towers quite well. And the maintenance team is the best. I can call, give permission to enter and if I’m out, the issue is resolved by the time I return. I’ve had a leaky toilet, bathroom sink pipes leaking, and several garbage disposal issues. One of the main reasons I moved from my house to the Towers was so I didn’t have to deal with these issues. And I don’t, thanks to Juan and his team. I also swim in our beautiful pool almost every day and I can count on Juan to do whatever he can to make sure the pool and jacuzzi are properly maintained and at a good temperature. They are the best!
Long time resident and am mostly satisfied.
I do feel like the owners are letting the property slide into a state of disrepair, particularly common areas. Elevators broken, locks don't work and are never replaced, etc.
Usually when a property owner lets things get that bad maintenance-wise, it means they're planning to sell/unload the property to another party. Can't really say if that's what's happening here but it's disappointing nonetheless.: (
