Town & Country Veterinary Clinic, Riverside CA

Very nice staff. I feed a feral kitten that I wanted to neuter. The vet's office told me to trap him the night before, then call the next morning about 8: 10am and bring him in by 9am. He got vaccinated and neutered, and was out by 3pm. No other vet clinic had available appts for 2 mos! Reasonable prices, less than Humane Society. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was recommended this vet. My gosh, after reading the "owner" replies to clients. No way! I can only imagine the nightmare it be in person. How awful and very rude responses. Also a friendly reminder there is laws about patient confidentialty, and that goes for animals to. Thanks for the heads up. Good day!

The doctors explains everything wrong with the pet and the prices for the medicine is fair. The staff in there is very helpful and it's a long drive for me but very worth it

We were with our prior vet for over 30 years, but he retired.

The worst customer service, staff and veterinarians are arrogant people. They belittle you and are the snottiest and prices are ridiculous for the types of services they offer. There are many other options in Riverside that you can choose from. Do it!

Years ago I needed my animal to get fix and I got the best prince and great services. Thank you.
This coming up week I need my neighbor cats to be fix and I will be there myself hope the price will not be that much and the service still as great as it was. I really recommended this place if you need your animal to be taken care of.

Dr. Jung and the rest of the staff are very kind, empathetic and professional. I’ve brought all my dogs here and I’ve never had any complaints. They’ve provided end of life care for some of my older dogs and just normal check ups on my younger dogs. They are honest, take good care of my pups, and are very reasonably priced. Will actively come here even though I don’t live in riverside anymore.

Great and quick service. I was called back quickly with no wait time. Come here if you would like fair prices and a vet that will talk to you and explain in detail the services and prescriptions. I was very happy with the service and will keep coming back. The staff was also very kind. Keep in mind however parking is limited and it is hard to see front door from parking lot.

Well. I guess you can say I stumbled upon it. Not to shabby. Seems to be on top of the up keep, alot of resources for your loveable furballs. Around the time I went, they didn't have anyone there which is awesome due to my new profound joy in the hatred of humanity.

Doctor and staff are great, very efficient and helpful. Price to spay my dog was too much, (almost $400) double what I expected to pay and what other people I know paid. On the positive side they took good care of my dog and I didn't have to wait too long for an appointment

The staff is exceptional and the dr is very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. The clinic is clean and I really trust this tram with my furry babies!

Horrible vet. My female dog has had complication since getting her fixed. They left stitches in her and it's causing problems and has to have surgery again. Do not trust them with your pets.

I got my cat spayed, very happy and reasonable price. Just over $200.00. Much better than $350.00 at Riverside cat Hospital.

I take my two cats here, love the Doctor he's fantastic. The staff is really nice to. Would highly recommend.

Completely unprofessional and rude staff. Scheduled an appt for both my pets for their regular vaccinations. Made sure to schedule their appointment on an off day. I show up to my appt, and the girl behind the desk tells me I missed it, and was argumentative about it. I reaffirmed that I had made the appointment for the date and time I showed up. The girl was extremely rude and went to talk to someone in the back. Another girl asked my name, and I gave it to her and advised that today was my off day and I would not schedule their appointment on a day I have work. Then after a few minutes, returns and dismissively says I missed it and walks away. As I was walking out, I stated that I would no longer be bringing my pets there and will gladly be looking for a new vet to go to. As I was walking out, they started laughing. Never been to such a place that had such poor customer service.

We will not be coming back. There were anxious pets in the waiting room. The vet made me uncomfortable with the way in which he addressed me and my significant other, he spoke in a manner that was patronizing rather than informative. The vet did not honor a referral price from Spay California (a referral network for the state of California to connect people with participating veterinarians offering low cost spay/neutering prices). The vet laughed at the price, but made no effort to remove the clinic from the referral website. In addition I was charged for the enlarged uterus even though the nurse mentioned my kitten was at the very end of being in heat. In conclusion, only come here if convenient location is your priority and you do not mind paying higher than the average prices of services in the Riverside area.

As for me and my pet family, we will be driving further to receive care elsewhere. There are definitely cheaper places to spay if you book early enough and more welcoming environments for your pet. I advise anyone to be wary of veterinarians that will attempt to use weaponized guilt to try and tack on as many services and fees for your pet so that they can charge you the highest amount that they can. If you have anxious pets, are sticking to a strict budget, or value professionalism, please research alternatives. I regret not looking into other clinics because of time constraints. Due to my experience, I simply cannot recommend this place.
