My friend and I went back today and had a great time getting our nails done and she even had her very 1st pedicure ever! Everything went so well and we love our nails. Thank you

Had a lovely experience getting a deluxe mani pedi. Tldr: staff was attentive to detail and it was a relaxing experience.

Color: suggested multiple coats of different colors to achieve the neutral (to my skin tone) look that I wanted

Shape: grateful that they created elegant elongated ovals out of my stubby claws, with attention to cuticles

Atmosphere: relaxing massage, precise detailing, and did not feel rushed or upsold

Protocols: all staff masked, stations distanced and attentive to tool hygiene

Today was the third time I had an appointment, and I waited for 45 minutes. I left and turned around, and then they still made me wait. Don’t go there

I love this place. The owner of the shop is so positive and accommodating of her clients and nail technicians. Though This is my second time here, they remembered me! They are so very helpful and ensure my cuticles were tidied up:) if you’re not looking for anything fancy with a good gel mani/pedi I highlyyyyyy recommend Town Nails Spa ️ they really do take their time with each client ensuring the best quality. The lady next took awhile to pick her colors and they were attentive in listening to what she wanted. As for me, they spent almost 1 hour and 30 on my mani and pedi. You’re treated with respect and value here, which I can say not all nail salons have the reputation of doing unfortunately.

I had a great experience at this salon I wanted to do a kind of ombré on my nails using the gel and they were able to do it and make it look great! I had a great time and the price was reasonable.

Strong recommended to this place, they all do very nice work and friendly, only thing we have to make appointments in advance to avoid of waiting

Came here with my aunt for meni and pedi, I had a very terrible experiences, first they were short staff and would not stop taking other people, I made an appointment for 2 pm and I ended up waiting for an hour which is ridiculous…I would never in my life will come to this place again.
I didn’t get any longer massages, the guy who did my pedicure didn’t even scrubbed, Rose was nice enough to keep checking on us which I appreciate. If you guys were short, you should have never accepted the appointment.

Rose is great and she puts a lot of effort and wants her work to be perfect. Honestly I would prefer to keep her for myself only? Highly recommended

Horrible service! They cut my nails without asking and that too looked like a two year old cut it. I literally wanted to cry looking at my nails. I took a simple pedi and their focus was that I should take a more expensive one! Color selection was good but they did not perform the services well.
I have been to so many places for pedi - this has to be the worst till now. When I was leaving - they asked for huge tip (but they knew I wasn’t happy at all) and did not return full change when I told them to. Will never visit here again!

I <3 town nails! All the staff members are super sweet especially Rose! Each time I go I seem to make new friends and leave with a super baller set of nails. After my most recent trip, my friends and I walked out of the salon looking mad fresh. I 10/10 recommend town nails spa for your nail endeavors.:)

They were okay and i like my nails. But they prioritize others if they don’t know you. They told me to get up so they can give to others, disappointing.

First time in the area. They were so nice and and I got exactly what I asked for. I will be coming back next time I visit the area.

I chose Deluxe Mani and Pedic and trust me it was totally worth for the 70$ I paid. It totally took them an hour and 8mins to completely finish the pedicure and Manicure. Both the ladies were so kind and helpful. Additionally they have practice social distancing well (added pics). Must try place

Rose and her team have been taking care of me for years. There isn’t anyone else I trust to understand how I want my nails to come out. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and confident. My nails have always came out so beautifully! She is so honest when I ask for her opinion on color or style.

I came in for a manicure on Sunday and the customer service was great but unfortunately my nails where very poorly polished. They had a very thick lumpy look to them and it was a gel manicure but it started peeling 2 days later: (
