The rooms are TOP-NOTCH! Clean, spacious, and has a full kitchen with dishwash! The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is within a 6 minute drive to Target, Walmart, Nordstrom Rack, In-N-Out Burger and so much more! AND there is free breakfast at the hotel! Highly recommended!

One of the best locations I've stayed at. Nice rooms and good area. Seems safe and quiet.

After several stays throughout the past few months, unfortunately the level of cleanliness is unsatisfactory and overall maintenance is declining despite it being a new hotel. It is apparent in the bathroom.

Shuttle driver got lost. Twice. Suggestion if you are in a guest-facing position:
Learn the area. Be able to suggest restaurants including operating hours.
Know what time breakfast is served, in your own property. Told me 0600. I showed up at 0600. But breakfast doesn't begin until 0700 on weekends

Lifetime Titanium Elite: No recognition, welcome gift (a bottle of water would have been nice), or upgrade upon check in

Lobby printer inoperative. Not helpful in printing a hard copy boarding pass required for my flight

Room 134:
Base of tall floor lamp broken, flops back and forth
Door hinges and handle require lubrication
Very bright microwave clock
Super bright parking lot lights very disruptive through full window width thanks to curtains which are uniformly 1/2-inch too short
Super bright outlet “night lights” in bathroom

We discovered this hotel shortly after they first opened when we were on our way down to Southern CA. It is located in a very safe area. There are some eateries very close by.
The rooms are very clean & the beds are very comfortable. Pleasant staff as well. This was our 3rd stay there, we will return again.

I couldn't have asked for a better way to finish my vacation. 2 weeks, 3 national parks and I will never forget the welcome we got by Destiny the manager.

Plenty of parking.
Nice clean rooms.
Well stocked kitchen with supplies.
Bathroom had plenty of towels and supplies.
Friendly staff.
Niece enjoyed the pool.
TV on the wall by bathrooms door and ended up walking into it with my face.probably not the best spot for it.

I didn't visit or stay at this there was a Job post in indeed they were hiring housekeeping/laundry attendant.

This hotel was decent. The room was clean but very hot. We put the AC to the lowest setting and it took about five sweltering hours to come to a comfortable temperature. We also asked for extra pillows and did not get them. The free breakfast was fine but skip the lobby coffee. It wasn’t great. I would stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option.

This is a new and clean hotel in a newly developed area. Plenty of space and parking. Friendly front desk. Starbucks across the street. Only thing to be aware of is the moderate and occasional sound of airplanes landing at the airport close by.

Due to no fault of our own we had to wake up to a call from the front desk informing us that because of their new system updated our payment didn't process and was rewired back to our account. And we'd have to leave if we didn't make a payment. My mother in law being on dialysis and stressed about our move from one house to another was now feeling more anxious then when we had first arrived she went ahead and called her bank to address the matter. The bank had informed her the hotel had double charged her account which is why the payment was declined. So without my Mother in Laws consent the hotel went about charging her card a secondary time due to once agian no fault of our own but the fault of the hotel and their new system having to update. Mind you we came in during the day time maybe 12 or 1pm the latest. The update didn't take place until 2am I was told by the front desk employee. With all the hassle of calling her bank all the added worry and stress you would think the staff would be more understanding and accommodate us in some way. Instead we were made to feel embarrassed and discriminated against. We were being rushed to make the payment happen. My Mother in Law had thought the problem was fixed as she went downstairs and made a payment she headed out to the store. When we recieved another call from the front desk informing us that our Mothers payment didn't go through yet agian. Confused as to why they would allow her to walk away before the transaction had been approved I had informed them that she would be back. The employee then asked me if she'd return within 30 minutes I told them she hadn't taken her phone and I wasn't sure of her ETA. They called us back informing us that we'd have to leave if a payment wasn't made soon. This experience was horrible it was stressful and nothing I would ever want to recommend to anyone looking to have a comfortable stress free experience!

We visited this hotel with a group that was over 60 people. Check-in was extremely easy. They had all the room cards prepped and ready to go. The hotel was decent as well. Unfortunately, it was during Memorial Day weekend, so they ran out of food, but they still accommodated everyone there. The rooms were clean, and whenever we needed something, the front desk was sure to help us out. Overall the hotel and all the staff did a great job! Would recommend

Good location, near highway, food places, and airport. Love the Marriott standard bed and bedding.

Nice rooms with nice design. Toiletries are good and queen bed was comfortable. Easy freeway access with many places to dine nearby. Recommend.

Terrible breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but nice enough. The carpet is guaranteed to give you a headache.

My two queen bed room was very nice and spacious. The location is perfect for flying in or out of SMF. And last but not least, the front office manager, Destini, was super nice and accommodating!
