TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Bernardino Loma Linda

I don't know why they have a no smoking policy if they allowed weed smokers in the rooms, the kitchen was dusty and dirty so I didn't use it. My husband accidentally left my brand new shoes on top of a trash bin and housekeeping "threw them out" instead of taking them to front desk. All we got was free candy and pop since i couldnt take points.
Pool was dirty.
I did not enjoy my stay.

Lovely hotel, spacious room, super clean, friendly stuff, and not pricey. It is located in a safe area and a lot of shopping plazas and restaurants are available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott TownPlace Suites in San Bernardino, California, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for long term stays, as I resided here for a year during a job assignment at a nearby hospital.

Throughout my entire stay, I did not have a single complaint. The general manager, Cynthia Ybarra, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, personable, and always went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met.

The housekeeping staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in keeping the entire property presentable.

Whenever there was a need for maintenance, they were always quick to respond and resolve any issues. It was reassuring to know that they were readily available and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast provided. With a kitchenette in my suite, having the option to grab something to eat in the morning was a fantastic bonus. It made my mornings even more convenient and enjoyable.

As a night shift worker, the quiet location of the hotel was incredibly important to me. I was able to rest peacefully during the day without any disturbances, ensuring I was well-rested for my work shifts.

If I ever find myself in the area again, whether it be for work or leisure, the Marriott TownPlace Suites will undoubtedly be my go-to choice. I cannot express enough gratitude for the extraordinary service and hospitality I received during my stay.

Women staff so Irritating here! Really irritated with the woman in the front it’s early in the morning I forgot my room key I have my hands full with breakfast and asked her to make me another room key. I told her what room number and last name. She proceeded to ask me a million questions as if it weren’t me who paid for the room. I took out my phone to show her on the Marriott app that it’s clearly MY ROOM! And she still wanted to proceed to ask me for every information on file just for a key! I had just got frustrated because it shouldn’t be that hard to get another key after locking yourself out! I had to wake up my son just to get back in my room wow! Already mad about the breakfast. They only had eggs and spinach (things my son and I don’t eat) guess only weekends you get great breakfast with waffles and the good stuff! Smh they need better staff and breakfast forsure! As a titanium elite I expected so much better

If you are looking for an extended stay location that is clean, with excellent service, and in a strategic location next to restaurants, this is the place to be. The rooms are very quiet and well insulated.temperature in my room was easily adjustable and always to my level of comfort. Beds were very comfortable and were cleaned a few times a week. Location is equipped with a pool and a gym.

Don’t do it! Don’t book here! They must be getting employees to write the reviews for this location! There are so many other Marriott locations to choose in the area! Don’t pick this one unless you want to deal with the unprofessional women (Brianne) at the front desk who has never worked in customer service and give you inaccurate information. Brianne said we had not been charged when we clearly had - Credit Card statements do not lie. Brianne was quick to be dismissive and argumentative - when we called Marriott they said she could help onsite and she did everything in her power to do the complete opposite. Luckily there was another women who tried to diffuse the situation and confirmed we had been charged and our room should have been ready at 12pm for an early check-in. I have been a Gold Elite Marriott member for years and this is by far the ABSOLUTE worst experience! Management- do better to help your employee get the training they need so they are accurate in the information they give.

Very nice and newer hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Seemed like a sketchy part of town but no problems experienced.

Whole place is clean, staff is always friendly and ready to help. A few blocks from freeway.

I only gave it a 3 because I went for a job fair there. First time in the building very clean. Did not use any of the rooms. But walking to the facility I can see that it was clean and also the rest rooms clean. Nice front patio and plenty of parking.

Everyone here is great the staff are very attentive and the complimentary breakfast is very good.

Very impressed with the staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. We are barbecuing tonight and they had all the supplies we needed. Great breakfast in the morning. Modern comfortable rooms. Staying here for 2 weeks & happy that I'm not at another hotel.

Hi, i'm ethan and this is another one from mariott like the one we went to at lake tahoe.suprisingly, this hotel is great and probably slightly better than the holiday inn near here.the best part was the breakfast, which was soo good i loved the eggs and salsa mixed.but there was one problem where the toilet wouldn't flush and we had to call for help on the telephone.overall, the hotel was great. 4/5 would go here again!

This hotel deserves 5 stars and more. The staff is super attentive and Maria is awesome! The hotel is clean and looking new. The detail and cleanliness is what stands out. Definitely staying here more often when traveling in the area

The hotel overall was just average, the check in girls didn’t even know how to check us in she had me swipe my card THREE times which was whatever not such a big deal. However this morning for check out she couldn’t even accommodate us to a late check out even though we’re members. I’d never stay at this low rundown hotel again, for the price I’d stay at my favorite Marriott in Temecula which ALWAYS accommodates us.
