Our first experience with Toyota 101, particularly Ray, was through email. He was very professional from the get go, granted the car sells itself, no convincing needed. Once a deposit was put down, our experience continued to be very positive. He patiently answered my questions/3emails.

I purchased my RAV 4 2023 Woodland edition from this dealership a month ago. I was helped & kept in loop greatly by Toyota 101’s sales rep Miles Galang, in fact I contacted this dealership 6 month back in 2022 and had booked/waiting for to be launched Corolla Cross Hybrid as Rav 4 Hybrid had long waiting period. I was put on a wait list in order to get a chance of getting my first car. Miles has been very supportive and kept informing periodically on status and finally suggested for Rav 4 woodland edition availability. Miles was very nice & helpful during whole process, smoother than I expected for my first car. He even dropped my car along with his colleague ‘Phi’ as I had to yet get driving permit. We had purchased two Toyota RAV 4 vehicles (1 Prime & 1 Hybrid) from Toyota 101 dealer. We had had excellent experience with Sean Amir helping us with these purchases. By the way, a couple of things worth mentioning and hopefully Toyota Company District Director will read this review and hopefully pay closer attention to the following items:

1. Vehicle Floor mates (carpet) for both RAV 4s were missing/not provided by Toyota Company/Toyota 101 dealer.
2. One set of key provided at the time of purchase and we are still waiting of the second sets of keys.
3. RAV4 prime roof racks makes excessive noise plus the roof rack cross bar is in the middle of the sunroof.
4. Plug in door in my RAV 4 Prime is very flimsy and could be easily damaged by passing individuals/vehicles or parked vehicles. A flush open plugin door that opens flush against the vehicle body could prevent such issue.
