They had my camry for 8 months and did driver door body repair and windshield repair. If you want a repair done in less time, you may want to go somewhere else. They did match the paint up well but I do have a sensor malfunction issue occurring.

I had my car repaired there. I had them fix my front bumper and my passenger door side. They did a poor job on the passenger side and my lock button that was working before I had the job done was no longer working after the job. I can only lock my door on the drivers side. I do not sit on my passenger side so I did not find out until it was too late to have them fix my button. AND I specifically left my sunglasses in my sunglass holder in the car because I was going on vacation and I did not want to loose them so I left it in my car thinking it will be safe. But whoever worked on my car stole my expensive pair of glasses. You cannot trust the people who works there. This was a couple of years ago and I will not bring my car to this location.

Wanted to leave this review as a Thank You note to the Elk Grove Body shop team. I have always had a hard time in handing the keys over to my truck and my belongings to anyone. I take really good care of my stuff and now I see that you guys take care of your customers just as much! The work that was done exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier to have dealt with your team. Special thanks to the boys in the shop! Katii Lopez! And the ladies up front. My car has been at the shop since 9/29. I've been calling them roughly once a week to get a status update, but not much has been done for something that was potentially only an hour's worth of work (replacing the tires and rims). On the 20th, after I called to say my rental ends on the 28th, I got a call saying there's additional work that needs to be done and they'll need to order parts. At this point, it's unclear when I'll be getting my car back. I have two young children and now I'm without a car.
