Professional and deliver what they promise. Glad I bought with Clovis Toyota and continue to love the service. Paul in service was very helpful.

I started my day by attempting to go out for some errands but to my surprise my car battery was dead. My battery was purchased from the dealership and knew I was under warranty so I called in to schedule an appointment to get it checked out. I was unable to jump start the car so I decided to take the battery in for my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I went up to the service counter area since no one had came out to check me in. At the counter I informed them I had an appointment to have my battery inspected, I was told to head to the parts counter. After waiting for 15 minutes the parts associate informs me I would need to have it checked out and have them write out the paperwork for the warranty on the battery. He walks me over back to the service section and informs a service associate about my battery warranty, who informs him he was tied up and would be a few minutes. The parts associate let’s me know it would be a few minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes, I see two other associates not attending anyone as I’m waiting to be helped. After another 5 minutes I have one associate ask me if I needed help and I inform him of the battery he just looks around and says alright someone will be right with you. Then that same associate proceeds to walk out to and help customer coming in. I guess he decided he didn’t want to complete the battery warranty. I believe the parts supervisor comes over and asked if I had been helped yet and I informed her I hadn’t. She tells them as soon as someone frees up I need this taken care of. This is when Paul starts to ask me a few question to start the battery warranty process. He had been on the phone helping another customer and noticed that the other associate were choosing not to assist me. I’m thankful Paul was able to get me out of there with my replacement. It was a bad experience and frustrating to know that your associate are picking and choosing who they want to help.

Jose helped me with my highlander he went above and beyond to find the the color, model and trim that I wanted.would definitely recommend Toyota of Clovis. Jose a great sales man.

Wonderful experience and Advisor, Paul K.made it a good experience. In the past 2 1/2 years since I bought the car new, the customer service was not consistent and sometimes very poor but the last 2 times that I have been in was very good.

My first oil change on my new car. Waited almost 20 minutes just to drop it off (and I had an appointment). Was there for 2 hours. Not thrilled but at least there was wifi.

It was fine. Took a lot longer that they told me it would but over all good. I understand though they were busy. I may go back to Madera next time. Smaller town less busy.

Pretty good service, i'm usually happy.they have coffee and water in the waiting area. They'll take you back to work if you have a drop off service

They lied. They called my dad and told him the new 2019 rav4 LE AWD was there. We got there, was shown the front, back, and far back of the parking lot. Salesman went to management as well. And no car! WTF!

Toyota of clovis is excellent in getting your car serviced in a timely manner, they give me good deals and notify of any deals they have going when I drop off my car, they let me know in advance when my car is going to need a service when I reach certain mileage levels, very courteous, and nice, very helpful. I would not go anywhere else to get my car serviced. I am very happy with them.

The woman, Sarah, who signed in my car notice the engine light was on. I told her my catalytic converter needs replacing. She asked me if I had a warranty and I said my car is 2008 so no. A few minutes later in the waiting room, Sarah came in and said she had good news. It wasn't good news it was great news! The converter is under warranty. I had a 15 year warranty and the converter was covered so parts and labor were free. I just paid for the repair that I originally came in for.

I bought a new vehicle from Toyota of Clovis. Michelle Vue and Ken Virk were the two employees who helped me with my purchase. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. It was a very pleasant experience buying a new car from Toyota of Clovis. (not the typical car buying run around, when you feel like you need a shower after you get home) Be sure to go there and check their prices before you buy a Toyota anywhere else.

I was helped by Mr. Paul for oil change in my car. He was very courteous and helpful. It was pretty busy day for them. I had great time in waiting room with TV, sofa and different hot drinks. Service was done in time and drove away my car with great satisfaction.

This message is for BB I dealt with Jason before he's not professional at his job he's like a manager now he thinks he knows it all doesn't know nothing that guy needs to be written up for what he does wrong and yeah I can see him doing that to you I wish you were there when I was there I could have ripped him a new one by telling the manager or owner about him above him

The service staff at Toyota of Clovis are always timely, professional, and forthcoming. I’ve been bringing my 03 4Runner in since I first bought it and they’ve kept it running strong for 210K miles.

Be carefully when you buy.always check the car before buying it. They selling me a car that have chip on my wind shied (toyota corolla 2016) because the sale man told me there no history of accident in this car.then i believe him and bought the car and took it home and saw a chip in my wind shield.i cant believe

The sales process here was easy with no pressure. The service has taken great care of our vehicle throughout the entire process. The wait is never very long. No hidden or unexpected charges. The waiting room has free coffee and two large vending machines. There's also two TVs and a kids area for them to play. Thanks again Toyota of Clovis

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. Even though I didn't have an appointment the day I took my truck in for service they still treated me as if I did!
