Avoid this place, I payed for a counter panel. After a week of waiting they called to tell me that the year they have is for 2018, I needed 19-21. Wasted a week of my time my car would have been done by now, avoid this place, it’s trash and they’ll waste your time

Be careful with these rats who charge you for something they don't have. They send you the wrong part and when you call to make the claim you realize that your number is blocking, they think they will get their way, this time they got the wrong person, since I am not the only one who has had this happen. Kevin and another are the ones who will face the full weight of the law for the rats

The guys here are a standout. Very friendly, likely to have everything that you need. Call around to compare prices, then buy from this place

Engine came dessamble my mechanic couldnt put it on also came came alot of water inside the engine and i explain to this company what it actually happen with the engine and even though i had guaranteed and they decide it to blame all to my mechanic because they didnt want to fix their own mistakes, not only got treated unfairly but got stolen my money. Now i am stock with no car and i had to get more money to buy another engine i feel ashamed of this company, because all what they do is to steal from good client i dont really recommend this company to no body. BECAREFUL BECAUSE IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU AND GET YOUR MONEY STOLEN

This place is an absolute RIP OFF, sent me the wrong part, 11/10/2022 even though i had given them the correct Vin #, they don't care.after many many phone calls they finally picked their part April of 2023.i continue to call them, Manager Serg and owner George, they keep promising me they will take care of it, its August of 2023 and they won't return any of my many phone calls.

Only place that had the part I needed. Shipped out and through no fault of Toyota Plus Auto Parts the item was lost by USPS. I contacted the business who stated they would look into it. We discussed shipping out a second part to replace the one lost. Then I was contacted stating that USPS had located the original package and it was on its way. Very easy to work with to resolve the shipping issues we experienced. Would purchase from these guys again. Thanks!

Worst prices in the block:
on the phone everything is cheap,
but in person it's 2 times more expensive.
Waste of time and gas.

Bad service bad warranty response I bought an engine for a 2004 Toyota 4Runner 4.0 they sent me a newer engine knowing that won’t work and I install it and didn’t start because something on the timing chain was different they didn’t do anything about it I had to disassemble the engine and replace parts to make it work so avoid this place don’t waste your money and time not buying from this place anymore

Purchased an engine in august of 2022.
It was through a third party seller. It was faulty. I towed it back and was promised a replacement engine. Went back again to take a look at another engine that wasn’t working. December rolls around waiting for the engine and was promised they would deliver it the one that that finally worked. Then the delivery date came and was told I would not get a replacement or a refund which the manager told me would be the case. They gaslight me for 6 months and then told me because the sales record wasn’t in my name unless I could contact the third party which was a scam and they knew it. Now I’m out of pocket $1800 and getting evicted if I can’t find a replacement engine. They still have my funds even though they told the bank they returned it to the third party which is a lie because they could never get in contact with them. They should just do the right thing and honor their word.

I am a seasoned individual, very reasonable fair and mindful of ALMIGHTY GOD. I have never throughout my lifetime dealt with a fraudulent place as TOYOTA PLUS AUTO PARTS. Please avoid this place and save yourself plenty of headache. Most of the reviews demonstrate fraudulent activity of the TOYOTA PLUS AUTO PARTS

I had a blast at Toyota Plus Auto Parts.
The crew are very friendly and have a good playful attitude.
They had the seats that needed for my Dad's Truck.
Would definitely recommend others to come to find parts here.

Do not I repeat Do Not go there they are only out for your money they will tell you whatever to get your money even if its selling you the wrong part then telling you you can only get store credit

This business is not trustworthy my friend who owns his business in Santa Clara ordered a suspension for one car and they sent him the wrong part also was damaged so he spoke to them they didn’t want to take responsibility and he pay them in advance he is not happy with them He spoke to them again to order another part and he ask them if they could give him a discount for there mistakes and they said no what a shame

Be carful!
I ordered a complete rear suspention and Paid up front as he said I had to. When I received it half the parts were not there. After a hassle he sent most of the missing parts a week later and the struts were not even the right ones for it. I should have gone to pick n pull. I will never use this place again
