I love bringing my cars here, they are get my car and truck serviced really quick, never a long wait

Today was the last day of my warranty on my 2021 Venza. I arrived at 10 am and was out by noon! My service guy was very helpful and I was able to order the paint I needed today.

Maddy and Will were very customer oriented and very helpful. I'm always satisfied by Toyota staffs services. Thank you!

This was my first time bringing my new car to get serviced and the staff at Future City Toyota were fantastic! My service consultant William Cardenas was particularly helpful and was able to get me a shuttle van to the mall while I waited. Once they were done, they picked me up and got me back on the road. Took all day. Dropped off car at 9am didn’t get it back until 5pm. Prices also are ridiculous. They’ll try talking you into unnecessary things and charge you thousands when you only want an oil change

Smiling faces at 7: 30 am, courteous, prompt, explained in detail love the fact that they gave me suggestions but did not feel pressured into anything!

Going to Future Toyota has been a good experience and service writer Dallas treats me with respect. Dallas always explains what the service includes.

I just love this place. Matt Sahota is the best service guy ever. He always get the job done right. He needs a raise or employee of the year.

Long process of getting my motor replaced but was kept updated and informed overall great service.

My mom went in on June 14 for an oil change and when she got the bill, it was almost $900. I don't know what happened or if they took advantage of her and added extra services that she did not request because she is 74 years old. Sad to see somebody take advantage of the elderly

Very disappointing! It will not be my first choice when I need service on my Toyota in future.
I don't typically comment and especially a negative one. I try and lift up businesses. However this is EXACTLY why everyone tells you DON'T take it to the dealer!
