3Sole repair of winter boots. They did not complete repair contracted for. They then tried to gouge for more money saying they didn't understand. Care in communication was taken at drop-off. Worker at pickup tried to blame another worker for a miscommunication tho she was the worker at drop off. Inferior work done. Cost was high.
