My husband and I were relocating to another state and were looking for an agent to help sell our home in Indio.

We planned on interviewing 3 agents, and so we sent inquiries. Traci responded within minutes! We met with her the following day, and felt a sense of ease with her… like we had known each other a long time. She presented to us her plan on how she would market our home. The trust we felt was immediate; we canceled the other interviews and went with Traci. We decided that it was important for us to have an agent who is very responsive, passionate about her work, and is someone whom we are very comfortable with.

Later that evening, Traci did her research and sent us comparables, notes on each property, and suggested list price of our property (which was beyond what we considered based on the usual internet research, yet still very much rooted in reality).

Week 1 - home photos taken (the photos were so amazing; we wanted to buy our own home! Lol!)
Week 1.5 - home was listed
Week 2 - accepted a really solid offer (above asking), and went into escrow!
Week 4 - officially sold!

What I like most about Traci is she is energetic, professional, honest and openly tells you pros and cons. You feel like you are working with a friend. She wants you to be satisfied and we were in purchasing our home in PGA West. Traci worked so hard for us, was always available and we found our perfect home in 2 weeks. UPDATE!
Traci Sadler did it again! She sold another property in Rancho Mirage for us, and this one wasn’t even on the market! It was another smooth escrow and we thank Traci for her efforts. We had taken it off the market since there was a seasonal tenant in it. But Traci’s marketing skills attracted buyers and we opened escrow without the buyers even seeing the inside of the property! Great job by the Sadler team. Traci and Jason make the impossible possible!

I want to start off by saying that working with Traci Sadler was a blessing in disguise. After my mom passed away suddenly, we needed to sell her property. I live in Upstate New York and have never lived in the Palm Desert area. I found Traci's information by researching other houses in the area and came across one of her listings. As soon as I called her - we clicked. I loved her enthusiasm and her willingness to hear our story and to help. Since I was not familiar with the market nor the area, I had to put a lot of trust in her experience and knowledge. It was evident that her expertise, listening skills, negotiation skills and attention to all details were outstanding as she was able to get my mom's house sold quickly for us. She gave undivided attention every time we communicated. It was hard being so many miles away and in different time zones and not being able to assist first hand.

Traci's explanation and guidance through the process from start to finish gave us the comfort and confidence that we needed as we proceeded. I have to say Traci is amazing! I use to be a realtor and I have very high expectations. She is smart, on top of it, communicates promptly. The list of the good stuff goes on.
